high

voltages

points.

Check

these

contactor

relays

with

the

power

only

absolutely

necessary,

and

use

extreme

caution.

Connect

all

power

cables

from

mechanical

frame

securing

them.

Reinspect

heads.

Load

heads

for

minutes.

17. Unload

heads

and

turn

machine

off.

Check

rundown

time

disk

array

and

compare

the

run

-down

time

recorded

the decal

power

sequence

gate.

Run

-down

time

installation

should

not

shorter

than

recorded

time

minus

four

minutes.

18.

After

the

disks

have

come

complete

stoP.

remove

the

access

cover

and

again

inspect

and

clean

heads

and

disks.

19.

Manually

load

and

unload

heads

ensure

correct

alignment.

20.

Replace

actuator

shield.

21.

Purge

system

for

minutes

before

heads.

22.

Reinspect

the

heads

and

disks

again

the

end

the

first,

second

and

third

week

operation.

After

that

time

refer

the

Scheduled

Maintenance

Routine

Chart

for

correct

inspection

frequency.
