1) A. Before prepping the cable,cutthe cable atarightangle tothe jacket.
B.Expose1/4” center conductor and 1/4”dielectric asshownin Figure 1.
UseStrip Tool PS59/6/RGB or —-
For the 1RGB (orange connector) strip the center conductor to18 AWGand the
dielectricto14 AWGusing awire stripping tool.
For the 1.5RGB (purple connector) strip thecenter conductor to14 AWGand the
dielectricto10 AWGusing awire stripping tool.

InserttheappropriatetipintotheBNCspringclip
beforeinsertingtheRCAconnector.Insertthetip
sothat theslotopeningfacesup.Thetipcanbe
storedonthebottomofthetoolbyscrewingit in
placeontheundersideof thebody.
Graspthebodyof the toolwithyourfingersand
start toclosethehandleofthetool. Asthehandle
closes,the plungerslidestowardstheyoke.When
the handleiscompletelyclosedagainstthebody,
the connectorhasbeenterminated.
