The Imation Pivot Plus Flash Drive features an enhanced design and

maximum security to meet rigorous government security needs, providing

an ideal way for business professionals and government personnel to

transport sensitive or valuable data.

The compact, easy-to-use Imation Pivot Plus Flash Drive features:

•advanced security system with 256-bit AES hardware encryption

•one password-protected partition that does not allow storage of

unencrypted content

•hardware encryption that is integrated into the drive controller and is

automatically initiated by the drive, requiring secure storage of all data

•atamper-resistant design

•full compliance with the federal Trade Agreements Act

Pivot Plus Flash Drive hardware encryption.

With hardware encryption, Pivot Plus Flash Drive users are required to use

the encryption, providing companies and government departments added

assurance that data stored on the drive will not be compromised:

•supports U.S. government requirement for 256-bit AES encryption

•controller-initiated encryption automatically launches when the

drive is inserted into USB port, ensuring that the contents

of the drive are always password protected and encrypted

•strong password protection measures requiring a minimum of

seven characters, including both alpha and numeric characters

•mandatory format of the ﬂash drive after seven failed

attempts, protecting against brute force security attacks

•allows for the creation of a master override password for

improved centralized management of drives

The Imation Pivot Flash Drive is fully compatible

with the Windows Vista operating system and

Windows Vista ReadyBoost technology. When

used with the Windows Vista operating system,

the Pivot Flash Drive can be used to boost system

performance by allowing the drive to act as an

additional memory cache.

ReadyBoost compatibility provides:

• the ability to accelerate system perfor-

mance without having to add additional

internal memory

• immediate launch of the ReadyBoost

function through the Windows AutoPlay

dialog that appears when the drive is

regulatory testing, including Microsoft WHQL, USB-IF, FCC, CE and ROHS,

supporting industry standards for environment, radiation and susceptibility

of electromagnetic waves, operating system and USB compatibility.

The Pivot and Pivot Plus Flash Drives are engineered to meet all regulatory

testing and withstand extreme environmental conditions, providing users

with added assurance that the drive will perform even when exposed to the

harshest elements.

simple to attach the drives to key rings, chains, briefcases and dufﬂe bags.

Made of tough, durable materials, the Pivot and Pivot Plus Flash Drives are

shock and temperature resistant, and include an integrated cap to protect

from loss and from the elements.

The Pivot and Pivot Plus Flash Drives also feature a pivot design with a visual
