1.3 SOS Function
During an emergency, Long Pressing the orange SOS Button at
the rear of the phone will emit a loud siren to alert passers-by.
At the same time, the phone will send out an SOS Message,
followed by dialing to a pre-set list of numbers. To enable this
function, press the Navigation key to access the Tools menu.
The SOS function can be turned off/on:
Tools → SOS Ring → turn on/off
Emergency numbers are set as follows:
Tools → SOS Settings → key in pre-determined numbers to
receive SOS message and calls
The SOS Message can be user-configured:
Tools → SOS Message → proceed to edit content
1.4 Temporary One-Touch Volume Increase
You can increase the volume quickly during a phone call by
Long Pressing the “0” key once to raise the volume to a
maximum quickly; Long Press again during call to restore
volume setting to original level.

To enable this function, press the Navigation key to
access the Tools menu:
Tool → One Key Hearing Deaf → Turn on or off.
After the call is over, the phone automatically restores the
volume setting to the original level before the call was call.
1.5 Flashlight
To turn on flashlight, Long Press the flashlight button located
on the right side of phone. To turn off, Long Press the same
button.
1.6 Screen Lock
In the standby mode, sliding the Power Switch “up” on the
right side of phone will lock the phone to prevent unnecessary
wastage of batteries.

1.7 Volume keys
The volume key is an orange coloured slider key located on the
left side of the phone. You can adjust the volume during a call.

Use Menu arrow up (^) key to access phone Menu functions:
2.1 Message
Write Message
The top right screen shows the number of characters used,
and helps you to keep tab on the current character count. The
input screen is split into 2 halves: Enter recipient details on top
half; the bottom half is for message text input. Options:
Send: Send To Recipient
Names: You can select from phonebook numbers,
you can also enter the number
Insert templates: Choose from a set of stored
standard phrases
Add Contact Info: Allows you to add the contact
number of a particular person into the message
Join Phiz: Choose from a selection of emoticons
Save as Draft: Indicates that the SMS message will
not be sent and is to be saved as Draft
Exit: Exit and return to previous Menu level

Inbox
The following symbols indicates status of messages:
: Unread message
: The message have been read
: The message is locked
The following actions are available:
Read: view this article newsletter content with option to
Delete, Reply, Forward, Call, Add sender number to Contact
Book and Read details of the message
Delete: Erase this message
Delete All: Delete all the messages
Call: Call the sender
Lock: Lock the current message
Mark: The message is marked
Sort: The messages are sorted by classifications
Add Sender to: Add sender contact to phone or SIM card
Delete Repeated Number: Delete repeated messages
from the same sender
Outbox
To view the message, the following actions are available:
Read: Press the numeric key " 5" and scroll down to read
body text
Resend: Re-send the message
Erase: Erase current message
Delete All: Delete all messages in the Outbox
Lock: Lock the current message
Drafts
Unsent messages are stored here.
Sentbox
Sent messages are stored here.

Broadcast Message
Enable the user to periodically send useful information to
communities such as important phone numbers, weather
forecasts and traffic information etc.

Turn on or turn off community radio set, language*
and channel settings
* Note: Language support availability depends on the network
system
Voice Mail Server
In the "Message" menu, scroll down to select "voice mail
server", press "OK" to enter the function.
Edit: Enter or modify the voice mailbox number
Dial voicemail: With this feature, you can listen to the
voicemail message Information stored within

Set Message Center: Choose which SIM Card is the
preferred storage location for messages
Message Capacity: View SIM card and phone memory
usage rate
2.2 Contacts
You can select a phone number stored in the SIM card or on
the phone. You can quickly access the Contacts by pressing the
phone’s Red key while in the Standby mode. The SIM card’s
memory capacity depends on the SIM card used.
Search
This feature allows you to browse by name in the phone book.
Use the arrow keys to scroll and find your desired phone
number:
Call: Dial this number
Edit: Edit the number
New: Add a new contact to selected SIM Card

Send: Send message to this number
Delete: Erase the contact
Delete Multiple: Completely erase SIM card messages
(press the “5” key to select individual contact number)
Import/Export: Phone contacts can be copied to/from SD
memory card
Others:
The mobile phone allows you to set up to 4 call group and you
can set a different ringtone for incoming calls for each group.
Press the # key to switch between individual contact and group
contact.
2.3 Settings
Call Settings
Dual SIM: Set which SIM card to used as the main card
Call Divert: There are several call divert options in-built
into phone menu
Call Waiting: When this feature is enabled, an incoming
call will be displayed on the screen
Call Barring: You may need to contact your local telco to
enable this feature. There is a standard list of barring actions
built into the phone menu
Hide ID: Your phone number will not be displayed. You
may need to contact your local telco to enable this feature
Others
IP Prefix
Select IP number, press OK to complete the IP PTT
settings. After setting the IP PTT, it will automatically dial
the IP number when you call the phone number
Call Time Minute Reminder
Select the time interval for prompts to occur
Automatic Redial
Automatically redials number if previous attempt failed
Vibration When Connected
Phone vibrates when the call goes through
Auto Record Voice Call
Automatically record the each call

Phone Settings
Date & Time
Set the Time: Sets the phone display time
Set the Date: Sets the display date
Time Format: Set for 12 or 24-hour format
Date Format: Set day, month, year format and date
format settings, screen display settings and change
Update Time Settings: You can choose manual or
automatic time update
Full Speech: Turn On/Off synthesised voice read-out
of time at every half-hour intervals ( at xx:00 and xx:30
moments)
Language Settings
Choose to display and write in 3 language options:
English/Simplified Chinese/Bahasa Melayu
Shortcut Setting
Certain commonly used functions can be accessed with just
one touch by pressing the lower arrow ( ) of Menu Key. To
set, just choose from a pre-set list of functions
Auto Power On/Off
Turns on/off the phone at a preset time. To set the desired
timing, press key “5” to access the time-edit screen
Power Management: View remaining battery life
Restore the factory setting
Key in password “1234” when prompted on screen
Display Settings
Animation Effect
Change animation of various screens
Wallpaper Settings
Choose desired wallpaper image from memory card storage
Contrast
Adjust screen contrast by using the * and # keys
Backlight Setting (Screen)

Choose interval settings for Auto Power Save Mode
Keypad Backlight Setting
Set the Key backlight off time and night-time (defined as
interval between 6pm to 6am) to enter power-saving mode
Security settings
Can be turned on/off to change the PIN code and PIN2 code.
With PIN code turned on, you need to enter code to use the
phone upon phone start-up.
Speech Setting
This feature reads out the phone number of incoming calls in a
synthesized voice
Key Ring: Select the particular number you want phone
to read out audibly
Incoming Call Ring: Reads out number of all incoming
calls
Connections
Turn on/off the Internet network data connections. To prevent
unplanned incurrence of data charges, it is advisable to turn
off the connections when not needed.
2.4 Call Logs
Displays SIM card call records
Missed call
View missed calls by using the Menu button’s Up/Down arrow
keys. Press the "Options" to do the following:
View: To view this phone call time
Details: View the details of a call
Call: Dial this number
Send Message: Message to this number
Add to Address Book: Save the number to SIM card or
phone .
Delete: Erase call record
Delete All: Erase all Missed Call List
