andmaintain.
Besidesgrainchopper,thismachinecanbeconfiguredtoworkasforagechopper.

This Manual supplies the instructions for correct operation, preventive maintenance and
informationonhowtocontacttheTechnicalServiceifnecessary.Beforeoperatethemachine

2- Safety Recommendations
2.1- While Reading the Manual
Warning Labels
Seating and Torques
Protectors, Closures and Fairings
ObservetherecommendationsofyourTractor'sManual,forasafeandefficientoperation.
Obs.: You must obey and never discard these labels. In case of repainting, you ought to
replacethemwithoriginalitemsasstatedinItem8.
Note:
Itmeansthatadetailwillbepresentedanditmayconcernsoperationorsecurity.
Note:
The machine features several labels containing warnings and/or technical
guidancethatconcernsecurity.
Note:
When seating the screws presented in this manual, use torques and keys present
inthetableofItem12-AdditionalInformation.
Attention:
It means that your life or parts of your body may be in danger. You must pay
attentiontothissign!
Attention:
You must never operate the Harvester without Protectors, Closures and
Fairings.

Whenever you have to transport the machine for longer distances, when there is need for
usingpublicroads,thetransportmustbedoneontruckortrailer.
Tomoresafety,themachinemustbefixedwithropeonthetruck.
2.3- When making maintenance in the machine

1- The JF 2D is designed exclusively to disintegrate
grainsandchopforage.
2-Whensupplythemachine,neverintroducethehands
intothefeedingchute(1).
3-In order toobtain themaximum efficiencyandquality
of chopped or designed material, maintain a constant
anduniformfeeding.
4- To more security fasten the machine on a even and
rigidsurface.
5- Never use the machine to chop tree branches or
anotherrigidmaterial.
6- Never attempt to adjust or repair components with
themachinerunning.
7- Do not leave the machine in a place that can be
operatedbychildrenornotqualifypeople.
2.2- When operating the machine

8- The cover belt is not included with the machine when it leaves the factory without a motor
coupled, but its use is MANDATORY as safety NR12 (Item 12.38. Danger areas of the
machineries and equipments must have safety systems, characterized by fixed covers,
mobile covers and safety devices interconnected to ensure health protection and physical
integrityofworkers)andNR31(Item31.12.12 theruralemployerorsimilarareresponsibleto
maintain the security systems in perfect condition and operation, which the total or partial
withdrawal or neutralization of these systems which endanger the physical integrity of
workersconsideredseriousandimminentrisk).

The JF 2D Mill machine is a simple, strong and
versatible machine, designed to help you on diary
animalfeed.
Themachineofferstwooperationtypes:
A-Cerealsmill:corn,sorghum,soybeanetc.
Forthisfunction,usethegrainchopper(1),loweroutlet
(2) and one of 4 sieves (3). The cereals milling is
performedbyhammers(4),thatrotateonhighspeed.
B- Plants chopper for forage such as corn, grass
(elephantgrass,napier)andsugarcane.
For this usage, to use the feeding nozzle (5), upper
outlet (6) and sealing rubber (7). The gring action
occursbytheknives(8)andcounterknife(9).
