Please read this manual before use and refer to the following steps to set up. If you have any
questions, please contact after-sales support.

二、Operation introduction
•Turn on: Dial the ON/OFF button to ON, and then red and blue lights are on at the same time. The
camera is turned on after waiting about 40 seconds.
•Turn off: Dial the ON/OFF button to OFF. The indicator light is off.
•Charging: Please connect the charging cable and plug in the power. The yellow light on the right is on.

•Reset: Dial the MODE button to 1, you can see the camera's hotspot (HDQ21) again after waiting about
40 seconds.
•Video / Pause: Insert micro SD card, and then turn on the camera, the video will be automatically
stored in the memory card, the indicator light will flash 1 second, press the video / pause key,
pause the video, indicating that the light will not flash. Click again to start recording. The lights
are flashing.
•Description of indicator light:
Blue light: Short-range point-to-point live mode. The camera is not connected with remote network at the
moment and gives out the camera’s hotspot “ HDQ21”.
Red light: Remote connection mode. The camera is connected with wireless router and will not give
out the camera’s hotspot “ HDQ21”.
Yellow light: Indicates charging status.
Red and Blue light: Tip insufficient power.
Note 1: The memory card can’t be inserted or removed while the camera is turned on or
charged. Please turn off the camera and disconnect the charging before inserting or removing
the memory card.
三、Mobile phone APP download
•For Android Phone: Search the APP named “TT Cam”(figure 1) from Google Play.
•For iPhone/iPad: Search the APP named “TT Cam”(figure 2) from Apple AppStore.

四、Short-range point-to-point mode
Step 1: Turn on the camera and then dial the MODE button to 1, the blue light on the left is on after wait
about 40s.
Step 2: Open your phone and find the phone’s Setting, then enter the WiFi setting page.
Step 3: Find the camera's hotspot “HDQ21”(the original password is 12345678) and connect it.
Step 4: Open the APP “TT Cam”(figure 3). You may see the picture of live-stream directly (figure 4). At
the condition, it is short-range point-to-point mode. The camera is not connected with the network.
Only the blue indicator light on the camera back is on.
Note : The signal effective distance of the camera's hotspot is within 10 meters. If the phone
is outside this range, it will automatically disconnect.

五、Remote connection mode
Step 1: Make sure the camera is short-range point-to-point mode and your phone is connected to the
camera’s hotspot “HDQ21”.
Step 2: Dial the MODE button to 2 on the back of the camera.
Step 3: Open the APP “TT Cam”. Click wifi icon below the live mode picture or the setting button to enter
“configure WiFi”.
Step 4: You can manually enter your WiFi name or follow the prompts to choose your WiFi, and input
your password. Click “Connect” and prompt to wait for 80 seconds. Actually it does not need 80
seconds. When it prompts “TT Cam:configuration succeed”, you can see your WiFi name displayed
in the WiFi setting option. Only the red light on the back of the camera is on and the blue light
disappears.
Step 5: Exit the settings page to the real-time monitoring screen. If the screen shows offline, exit the
real-time monitoring screen, then refresh and reenter. If your phone is disconnected from the
camera’s hotspot “HDQ21”, it shows the remote connection has been successful.

Note 1: Only support 2.4GHz frequency WiFi and don’t support 5GHz frequency WiFi . In
addition, the encryption method should not be WEP method, so the WiFi password can’t be
empty.
Note 2: In order to improve the stability and success rate of binding WiFi, during the
configuration process, please close to the wireless router as possible.

八、Enable/disable infrared night vision
•Click the sun and moon icon under the real-time picture to enable and disable infrared lamp.
•When the infrared night vision is enabled, the picture is white and black(figure 7).
Note:
When the infrared is enabled, no object should block the front of the camera lens. Otherwise,
the emitted infrared light will be reflected by objects to generate the effect of strong light and
backlight, which results in that remote scenery become dark. Please remove the blocking
objects or adjust the position of the camera.

九、Motion detection and push notification
•It is necessary to enable “activity detection prompt”in “Camera setting”and enable “Push notify”in
“My”of APP main interface (figure 8). Moreover, the mobile phone setting permits APP to give out
notification.
•After the activity is enabled, when the activity is found on monitoring picture, prompt information will be
pushed to the mobile phone. (figure 9)

•When the activity detection prompt is enabled, the camera will not give out alarm sound. This is the
prompt information pushed by mobile phone APP.

十一、FAQ
1. Q: Turn the ON/OFF button to the left ON , but the indicator light is not on.
A: the battery is run out of. Please charge in time.
2. Q: The camera’s WiFi hot spot “HDQ21” can’t be searched.
A: Please observe the indicator light on the back and whether the blue indicator light is
on.
3. Q: When configuring WiFi, it prompts failure of configuration.
A: ①Whether the account number and password connecting with wireless router is
correctly input; ②whether the WiFi signal is strong. Please make setting by placing it
