4The Koalaa double bottle warmer makes use technology. The device has the ability to heat milk,
make meat feed, enable and sterilize food. All this combined into one product, ideal for heating
quickly and easy to use.

When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed, including the
following:
•Read all instructions.
•Do not touch hot surfaces, use handles or knobs.
•To protect against fire, electric shock and injury. Do not immerse cord, plugs in water or other
liquid.
•Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.
•Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow to cool before putting on or
taking off parts, and before cleaning the appliance.
•Do not operate any appliance with damaged cord or plug or after the appliance malfunctions or
has been damaged in any manner. Return appliance to the nearest authorized service facility for
examination, repair or adjustment.
•The use of accessory attachments not recommended by the appliance manufacturer may result
in fire, electric shock or injury to persons.
•Do not use outdoors.
•Do not let the cord hang over edge of table, counter, or touch hot surfaces.
•Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or in a heated oven.
•Always attach plug to appliance first, then plug cord into the wall outlet. To disconnect, turn
any control to off, then remove plug from wall outlet.
•Do not use appliance for other than intended use.
•The lid ensures that the contents are heated up. after switching off the appliance and remove
the cover until it has cooled down. It is also possible to wrap the lid with a wet cloth to remove
it. Watch out for the steam outlet on the lid to avoid burns.
•SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS.
Cautions
•Check if the voltage indicated on the product corresponds to the local mains voltage before
connecting the product.
•Do not repair the product by yourself to avoid danger if the parts are damaged. Please ask for
help from professionals.
•Do not touch the steam outlet during heating to avoid scalds.
•Do not heat food for too long to avoid nutrition loss.
•Always mix the baby food thoroughly and check the food temperature before feeding the baby.
•Add water into the product before using.
•Rinse the product with clean water before using it for the first time.
•The temperature showed on the LCD screen is the temperature of water in the product, not
that of milk in the bottle.
•Do not pour milk or beverage directly into the product.
•Do not rinse the product in the water. Please use a clean, damp cloth to wipe the product.
•Watch out for high temperature.

It is recommended to use boiled or filtered water for heating order to reduce scale
formation. Long-term accumulation of scale will affect the efficiency of the product.
Because the water and milk initial temperature, the amount of water, voltage and current will af-
fect the heating time; this product is designed to allow a certain fine arrangement. You can
slightly turn the knob to reach the best effect.
Although the product can keep warm within 24h, we do not recommend you to heat in a
constant temperature more than 2h which may cause mik or food spoilage. If you have to do
that, you can add some water into the baby bottle and keep the bottle warm. When you need to
feed baby, you can just put the milk power into the bottle and stir it.

4. Cleaning
•Power-off and make sure the machine cooling down before cleaning.
•Pedestal cannot be soaked in the water, only wipe with clean cloth.
•Storage cup/lid and steaming tray can wash with mild detergent.
•Please try to use pure water to avoid scale, scale can be removed by immersed in
acetic acid or scale detergent, and then wash it after scale peeled off.

Notes:
•The temperature shown on the screen is measured by Celsius Degree.
•The ‘Present Water Temperature’ is the temperature of water in the product. The ‘Target
Milk Temperature’ is the target temperature of milk in the bottle or baby food in the
storage cup.
•When the product comes to the stage of heat reservation, the present temperature will
deviate from the target temperature, which is a normal phenomenon because the product
is operated under the principle of steam heating.
•It is recommended to turn the knob a bit to the left if the temperature of milk is high and to
the right if low after setting the target temperature.

Warm milk
Milk formula
•Rinse the parts with clear water before using.
•Place the product horizontally and put the steaming tray into. Then put the
milk bottle with water into the tray. Add water to the product (pic.3). It is
advised that the water level reaches half of the level of water in the bottle.
Note: If the levels of water in the two bottles are different, the water level in
product should depend on the bottle with more water. You must add water into
product before using.
•Plug in the product and press the switch button ‘ ’, turn the knob to the
‘Milk Formula’ position, the screen shows the current temperature of water,
you can set up the temperature as you want (predefined adjustable
temperature is 45°C-69°C) (pic 4).
•If the indicator light ‘ ’ flashes, indicating that the product starts heating.
•When the light ‘ ’ stays on, indicating that the temperature of water in the
bottle is very close to what you set up, and the product is in the stage of
insulation work.
Note: Please pour milk powder into the bottle and mix the milk thoroughly. Please
always check if its temperature is appropriate before feeding your child

the milk bottle with milk into the tray. Add water to the product (pic.1). It is
advised that the water level reaches half of the level of milk in the bottle.

Plug in the product and press Switch button ‘ ’. It is set to ‘warm milk’ by
default, the screen shows the current temperature of water and default
temperature is 41°C (predefined adjustable temperature is 37°C-44°C).
•
When the indicator light ‘ ’ flashes, indicating that the product starts
heating.
When the light ‘ ’ stays on, indicating that the temperature of milk in the
bottle is very close to what you set up, and the product is in the stage of
insulation work.
Note: please always check if its temperature is appropriate before feeding your
child (picture 2).

Heat food
Sterilization
•Rinse the parts with clear water before using.
•Place the product horizontally and put the steaming tray upside down
into it. Then put the storage cups with baby food steadily into the tray.
Add water to the product (pic. 5). It is advised that adding 500ml
water if heating one cup and 400ml if two. (You must add water into
product before using.)
•Plug in the product and press the Switch button ‘ ’, turn the knob to
the ‘Heat Food’ position, the screen shows the current water
temperature, you can set up the temperature as you want
(predefined adjustable temperature is 70C-90C).
•When the indicator light ‘ ’ flashes, indicating that the product starts
heating.
•When the light ‘ ’ stays on, indicating that the temperature of food in
the cup is very close to what you set up, and the product is in the
stage of insulation work.
Note: Please mix the baby food thoroughly and always check if
its temperature is appropriate before feeding your child (pic 6).
•Rinse the parts with clear water before using to get the better sterilizing effect.
•Place the product horizontally and put the steaming tray into it. Add 70ml water to the product,
put milk bottles, pacifiers, and other baby accessories upside down into the tray (pic. 7).
•Plug in the product and press the Switch button ‘ ’, turn the knob to the ‘Sterilize’ position.
•If the indicator light ‘ ’ flashes, indicating that the product start heating. The product power off
automatically after the sterilizing is finished (pic. 8). If you need to sterilize the bottle higher than
the product, open the reversible lid and cover the bottleneck with storage cup (pic. 9).

How much water
should I add to the
product?
Fill the product with water reaching a half of the milk level in the bottle. It
is advised to add 70-100ml water to the product for sterilization.
Can I use the prod-
uct to keep milk or
baby food warm
overnight?
However, we don't recommend it. With the keep warm function you can
keep milk or baby food warm at the right temperature. It is recommended
to feed your child as soon as possible after the milk or baby food is warmed
up. We advise you not to reheat the milk or baby food.
What should I do if
white or rust colored
spots appear in the
product?
The white or rust colored spots are limescale, it is recommended to
descale the product every four weeks to keep it working effici tly.
In areas with hard water, you may need to descale more often. The
limescale deposits can be removed by immersing the product in vinegar or
a descaler. Rinse the product well after the limescale has disappeared.
The temperature
controller is not
precise.
Actual temperature is affected y environmental factors such as height
above sea level, atmospheric pressure, initial bottle temperature, and
room temperature. Under the influence f the atmospheric pressure and
the room temperature, there will be ± 5C deviation. We also recommend
that you cover the lid to retain the heat.
Heating time is too
long.
Check if you have added too much water, which affects the he ting time,
and reduce the volume of water that reaches half the milk level in the
bottle.
