Q1.How to install KWorld DVB-T 355U Digital TV Dongle?
A：
Please follow steps for installation as below:
Watch TV Please see connection chart to connect:
Please select an available USB 2.0 port.
Please follow the steps shown below to connect KWorld DVB-T 355U Digital TV
Dongle to your computer:
1.Connect the antenna into the TV INPUT connector.
2. Plug the USB cable of the TV box into the USB port of your system.
After connect properly, run DVB-T Plus to scan Digital channel and Watch Digital
TV.

Q2..How to install software? What is software we should install?
A:
The TV box package comes with completely Windows software utilities. These
utilities can be found on the installation CD included in the package. Before
installation, we recommend that you exit all background programs. These include
applications such as anti-virus software and system monitoring applications.
Afther put the CD into CD ROM, it will auto run the program a second(the speed
depend on your CD ROM speed), you will see below options on autorun page:
“Driver Installation”
“DVB-T PLUS”
“Microsoft DirectX”
“Acrobat Reader”
“Browse”
“EXIT”
*Please follow the steps to install “Driver Installation”, “DVB-T PLUS” and
“Microsoft DirectX”.

Click “Driver Installation” to install driver.
1. Once you finish the hardware installation, restart your operating system.
“Windows Found New Hardware Wizard” will pop up. Please click “Cancel”
and run the utilities setup included in the CD.
Note: If you use “Windows Found New Hardware Wizard” to install, remote
program will not install automatically. Remote function will not work properly.
2. After put the CD into CD ROM, it will auto run the program a second (the speed
depend on your CD ROM speed). On the auto run page, please select “Driver
Installation” to install driver.
3. A notice of New Hard ware Wizard will disappear after you install driver properly,
if it appear when you installing, please ignore it.
Note: After finish driver installation, please install application as well before
restart operating system.
Please press “DVB-T PLUS” (application install wizard) to install DVB-T PLUS.
1. Insert the installation CD disk into the CD-ROM drive. The Auto run Page will
appear, please select “DVB-T PLUS”.
2. Then the install wizard will guide you to install it, please click “Next” to continue.
3. Please choose destination location where you want to install files. Click “Browse”
if you want to change the destination folder.
4. “Setup” program will add program icons to the Program Folder listed below. You
may type a new folder name, or select one from the existing folders list. Click
“Next” to start installing. Please wait while installation in process.
5. After driver of DVB-T PLUS has been installed, please click “Finish” to end the
installation.
After installation the short cut of DVB-T PLUS showing on your desktop. You can
press the short cut to open the application to watch TV.

Q3.How to uninstall application?
A:
Please check your device was plug in USB port properly, please follow below steps
to uninstall completely.
Please use uninstall wizard to uninstall.
a. Application uninstall wizard:
Please press ”Start”=>”All programs”=>
”KWorld(or V-Stream)Multimedia”=>”DVB-T PLUS”=>
”Uninstall DVB-T PLUS” to open application uninstall wizard , it will lead you to
uninstall application. And then, please restart your operating system.
b. Uninstall driver wizard：
Before uninstall driver, please plug your TV box into USB port. And then, follow
below steps to uninstall.
Then, please press “Start”=>”Control panel”=>”Add or remove
programs”=>”KWorld DVB-T 350U/355U BDA Drivers” →”Change/Remove”.

Run uninstall wizard, uninstall application wizard will guide you uninstall application.
And then, please restart your operating system.
Q4.How to reinstall software?
A:
Step1:
Please check uninstall driver properly(please reference Q3).
Step2:
Then, please restart your operating system.
Step3:
Please note below steps when you re-install software
Please note if you already install software as below, please close them before you
install our software, or it will cause install improperly.
1.To avoid compatibility issues between many application(ex. Norton….), please
close them before you install our software.

2. If you already install other video device (ex. Webcam…), they might have some
shortcut in the take bar. Please close them as well before you install our software.
3. If you are playing some video or sound programs (ex. Beyond TV…), they might
have some shortcut in the take bar. Please close them as well before you install our
software.
After check those steps, please reference Q2 to install.
Q5.Cannot scan any channel and preview.
A:
1. Digital signal is weak, please change setting place for antenna.
2. Please plug in your USB box and check “device manager”.
After you confirm the driver install properly, please reinstall DVB-T PLUS and scan
again.
Q6.How to know what driver and application version we use?
A:
Driver version:
1. Please click right button “My Computer” and select “Properties” .

1.Please select “Hardware” and choose” device manager”.
2.Please open “Sound, video and game controllers”=>”click “KWorld DVB-T 350U
Device-XC”, right click it and select” properties.」
