4 Operation
1. Standby mode : Press the power button to enter standby
mode. When in standby mode the signal light willturn blue
and blink .
2.Operating Mode: To activate operating mode press the M
button for 5 seconds. To go back to standby mode press the
M button again for 5 seconds.
3. Reverse mode : ln standby mode press the RIGHT button
for 8 seconds. Inverted mode light indicates inverted mode
is activated. Repeat this to return to regular mode.
4.Reset unit : In standby mode press the DOWN button for
5 seconds, a red light blinks and all settings are restored to
factory default.
5. Sensor calibration : ln standby mode press the LEFT
button for 5 seconds and a green light starts blinking. Once
the calibration is done the green light turns to red.
Balance the platform before calibration.

10 Battery Instructions
Please note that the nominal voltage of the LA3D gimbal is 7.4V.
Each 18350 & 18650 battery is 3.7V. Therefore, the gimbal MUST
operate on a maximum of TWO batteries.
Batteries must be combined as per below scenarios:

14 Quick Start Guide
Step 1: Connect the grip to the gimbal platform (align the white dots
before turning the knob)
Step 2: Install smartphone into the clamp and adjust until it is balanced
horizontally and vertically
Step 3: Unscrew the power button at the end of the grip and install the
two 18350 batteries
Step 4: Turn the gimbal on by pressing the white power button
Step 5: Hold the M button for 5 seconds to will stabilize the gimbal
(it will always default to Mode 1 or follow mode); Double-tap
the M button to switch to Mode 2; Triple-tap the M button to
go into Mode 3; Single-tap to return to Mode 1
*Instructions of above Step 2
For iPhone 4, 4s, 5, 5s, 6, 6s and similar size smartphones
a .Make sure the phone is centered in the clamp. To check the balance, hold
the gimbal with the phone screen facing down.Loosen the back adjustment
knob and adjust so the screen is even with the floor.Tighten the knob.

b. Now set the gimbal down.Make sure the counterweight is on the far left.
Slide the phone left to right until it is horizontally balanced.
c. Loosen the vertical axis adjustment screw and move the phone forward
or backward until it is vertically balanced. The gimbal is now ready to be
powered on.
For iPhone 6 plus, 6s plus and similar size smartphones
a. Remove the counterweiter
b and c same as above (except the counterweight)
