How to Use
- In order to properly use Legato Arc™ R72E, the phone must be connected.
Bluetooth® Connection
- The Legato Arc™ R72E can be connected to two devices, such as a
mobile phone and a computer, at the same time.
Connection to Two Devices
| Easy Connection
1 Press the MFB (Multi-Function Button) for 2 seconds to activate power on.
The blue LED light indicates switching to Headset Search Mode.
2 Go to the Bluetooth® menu on your smartphone and search for new
devices.
Connect to “Legato R72E”.
3 If asked for an authentication number (PIN code), enter “0000”.
Once the connection is complete, a voice message will say, “Connected.”
4 When registering with another device, repeat steps 1-3.
The neckband headset will automatically turn off if not pai ed with a
device within 3 minutes upon turning on.
| Manual Connection

While the Control Button is pushed to (-), press the MFB (Multi-Function
Button) for 2
seconds to activate power on.
The blue LED light will come on as the device switches to Headset Search Mode.

Repeat Steps 2-4 under ”Easy Connection”.
| How to Connect to Two Devices
1 Connect one of the devices to Bluetooth® by following Steps 1 and 2
under “Manual Connection”.
2 Power off the egato Arc™ R72E.

While the Control Button is pushed to (-), press the MFB for 2 seconds to
power on.

Connect the second device to Bluetooth® by following the steps
under “Manual Connection”.
This will be the main device.
5 Reconnect the first devi e to Bluetooth®.
This will be the secondary device.
Note: When Legato Arc™ R72E is simultaneously connected to two devices,
the features will correspond with the main device.

| Power ON/OFF
- Power ON: Press the MFB for 2 seconds to power on.
- Power OFF: Press the MFB for 4 seconds to power o.
| Volume Control
- Adjust the volume by pushing the control button toward (+/-).
| Charging
- If the Legato Arc™ R72E is connected to the while powered on,
the device will turn o.
- The red LED light will indicate charging.
When the device is 80% charged, the red LED
light will turn purple.
- When fully charged, the purple LED light
will turn blue.
| Battery Status Alert
- Push the Control Button towards (-).
- 3 dierent LED colors indicate battery level
| Low Battery
- If the battery is running low, a voice warning indicating low battery
will be heard, and the red LED light will blink.
- Once the device is low on battery, it will power off soon
| Vibration Alert Settings

To turn vibration setting on/o, push the Control Button toward (+).
A voice guidance indicating the changed setting will be heard.
- When the vibration setting is turned o, the user will not be notified o
any incoming calls or lost reception.
- The vibration setting will be turned on upon initial use.

| Receiving/Ending a Call
- Press the MFB once.
| Placing a Call
- When a call is placed on the smartphone, it will automatically be
transferred to the headset.
- For some smartphones, the MFB should be pressed once to switch
to voice calling on the headset.(for 1second)
| Voice Dialing
- By pressing the MFB, Voice Dial will be enabled.(for 1second)
Note: If the smartphone does not contain a Voice Dial feature,
Redial is activated.
| Switching Calls
- If the MFB is pressed during a call(for 1second),the headset will
switch to the other call.
(Smartphone→Legato Arc™ R72E or Legato Arc™ R72E→Smartphone)
| Receiving Another Call While On a Call
- If there is an incoming call during an active call, press the MFB to
receive the new call and put the first call on hol .(for 1second)
- Resume the previous call by pressing the MFB.(for 1second)
- To end a call or both calls, press the MFB.
(as set for the phone)
*For “Call Waiting” service, ask a network operator.
| Rejecting a Call
- A call can be declined simply by pressing the MFB.(for 1second)

Muting the Phone
- Mute/unmute the phone by pushing the Control Button
toward (+/-).(for 1second)

Voice Call
- Voice Dial works with a primary smartphone (the phone from which
the call was made from).
Compatibility with Voice Dial varies based on the type of smartphone
it is used with.

Automatic Reconnection
- Once the
neckband headset
is on within Bluetooth® range, The
smartphone and Legato Arc™ R72E will automatically reconnect .
- Connect with another smartphone by selecting “Legato Arc™ R72E”
in its Bluetooth® settings.
|
When out of reach
- When the
neckband headset
is 10 meters away from smartphone, it will
vibrate with voice guidance every 40 seconds to alert its disconnection.
* The vibration alerts will not work if Vibration Alerts has been turned o
manually by pressions(+) on the Control Button for 1 second.
- When the smartphone and neckband
headset
is within the connection
range, both will automatically reconnect.
- If they fail to reconnect, press the MFB for manual reconnection.
- When the
neckband headset
is on, it will automatically search for
previously connected smartphones to connect.
- If reconnection fails, try again or restart by deleting its registry to prepare for
re-registration.
- When a smartphone (connected to play music during multiple connection
mode) stops playing or out of connection reach, the
neckband headset
will vibrate with voice guidance.
Once the device is within proper range, manually reconnect the device.
