DFollow the steps on the Setup Wizard, as shown below.

These instructions are for users with an Ethernet port on the modem.

If you are using a USB connection to your modem, then you must

disconnect the USB cable from your computer and modem before

using an Ethernet connection.

If your modem does not have an Ethernet connection, contact your

Internet Service Provider.

for Setup and Connection

• Use this Guide for first-time setup of the Router.

• The Setup Wizard requires a PC with Microsoft

Windows 2000, XP, or Vista, and a broadband

Internet connection.

• The Setup Wizard is not compatible with Mac®

computers. Refer to “Chapter 4: Connecting the

Wireless-G Broadband Router” and “Chapter 5:

Configuring the Wireless-G Broadband Router”.

• Continue to step A.

For advanced configuration, refer to the User Guide on

the CD-ROM.

EWhen you are finished with the physical installation and are waiting

for your Internet connection, this screen will appear. Continue with

the steps on the Setup Wizard and follow the on-screen instructions.

FWhen the Router setup is complete, this screen will appear.

Linksys recommends that you set up the security by T-Mobile phone.

Click Security Settings and proceed to step G.

Otherwise, click Finish to exit the Setup Wizard.

GFollow the instructions of the Get Security Key screen to create the

secure connection.

Congratulations. Setup is complete.

For additional information or troubleshooting help, refer to the User Guide on the Setup CD-ROM. You
