WARNING - This product must be installed in accordance with the applicable
installation code by a person familiar with the construction and operation of the
product and the hazards involved.
WARNING - Disconnect power to all circuits before wiring fixture.
WARNING - Install inaccordance with allnational, state, and local codes.
WARNING - The main (white LED) circuit and the auxiliary circuit (Nightlight) are to
be wired to separate circuits that can’t be powered on simultaneously.
WARNING - Do not connect to an ungrounded supply.
WARNING - Read all fixture markings and labels to ensure correct installation of
fixture.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Remove Luminaire from carton and check for damage
2. Unscrew outer ring/eyelid by turning counter-clockwise.
3. Set aside lens and ring/eyelid for later use.
4. Dis-connect Driver wires to LED Board Assembly. Set wire nuts aside for later use.
5. Remove LED Board Assembly by loosening (2) 8-32 hex nuts located closest to the center
of reflector. Set aside for later use.
6. Remove ¼”–20 screws (4) that attached the Base Plate to the SHCAB.
7. Apply gasket to back plate.
8. Mount SHCAB to surface using (4) ¼ bolts (not included). While the fixture may be
mounted directly to junction box using keyhole slots provided, we recommend using the
¼” bolts for maximum vandal resistance. Recommended mounting hole locations can be
located on the back surface of the SHCAB – see Figure on page 3. (For wall mounting, the
SHCAB should be mounted with the arrow pointing upward – see step 11.)
9. Connect all supply wires in accordance with national and local electrical codes.
10. Wires should be pushed through center hole in SHCAB and should be contained in
recessed junction box.
11. Locate set screw. The fixture must be mounted so this screw is aligned with the three
o’clock position.

12. It is recommended to align the screw receiver slots to the 3 O’clock position for wall
mounting.
13. Pull the wire harness through the Base Plate.
14. Re-attached the Base Plate using the ¼” – 20 screws.
15. Re-install LED Board Assembly using (2) 8-32 nuts. Do not over tighten.
16. Connect Driver wires to LED Board Assembly using supplied wire nuts from Step 4.
Connect black to blue and red to red.
17. Place lens on fixture.
18. Align outer ring/eyelid so that the screw access hole is in the two o’clock position and
engage with back plate.
19. Firmly turn ring /eyelid in the clockwise direction to engage with base plate.
20. Using tamperproof tool, unscrew the set screw until first resistance is felt. It is not
necessary or desirable to turn screw past point of first resistance.
21. Energize and test.
22. When removing ring/eyelid, the set screw must be rotated to the fully retracted position.
