Ok, lets begin !
MAGIC FLIGHT SBACH342 50cc Assembly Manual V1.3
Liability:
We explicitly point out the improper unprofessional
and reckless handling of model airplanes, persons and
property damage can result.
You bought a kit, that you self have to build to a ready
to fly Model.
Magic Flight RC can not control assembly operation
and maintenance of the model and the used remote
control components. We emphasize, that e do not
assume any liability for the loss, damage or costs that
may arise from the use of the model aircraft.
We therefore advise you to look for help in person and
model flying clubs ho have experience in handling
ith model airplanes
Tips:
Before starting any ork, e recommend you to iron the film.
Although the model is covered ith high-quality film. Ho ever it can be,
that your ne model exposed to extreme temperature fluctuations.
That can led to a rinkling of the covering film.
Or it can lead to rinkling, hen the model shall be suspended for the
first time to intense heat or sun.
WARNING! These are not signs of a bad cover or for lo grade material,
it is just a natural reaction of the film to high temperature fluctuations.

To open the film along the fuselage, please use a sharp
scalpel / knife. Cut very carefully.
We use 5 min epoxy resin, it is enough time to clue all the hinges and to control deflections before the resin is
cured. The approach is the same ith the ings and rudder.
N w, the first step: The fuselage
N w we glue the c ntr l surfaces

Once all parts have been prepared, e mount the landing gear. For all subsequent ork, it is advantageous if the
model stand secured on the landing gear.
The landing gear is already pre-drilled, the installation is not a problem and is self-explanatory
You need only remove the foil at the fuselage
(see pictures).
Align the tail skid so at the fuselage, from the center of rotation of the heel and the rudder on a line is, fix the
tail skid ith tape no . Next, (before) you drill and sre .
Carb n-landing gear and tail skid

The servo-arms and control-horns are made of 1.5 mm thick carbon fiber material. The easiest to install and
most stable control surface linkages.
This accessories is designed specifically for our Sbach
First e open the foil for the servos.
Well is drilled ith a 3mm drill. The horns should be glued ith some tension
into the holes. We use here 5min epoxy resin or UHU-Endfest.
For a larger adhesion, e recommend you to cut the film in the region of the spacer plate removed. Here, too,
you took advantage of your carbone- plate as a template.

The right position for the elevator is approx 56mm from the outside-
The position for the ailerion you can find at approx 37,5mm
And for the rudder you can find the position at 34mm

Rudder- Wire Installati n

Pleace n tice:
The motor can be installed h riz ntally r vertically. For both versions is enough space on the fire all.We
prefer the horizontal installation, so e'll sho these on the images.
We recommend to our Sbach an engine of 50cc class. Above all, DA50 or DLA56 these motors fits excellent
to the engine mount of our Sbach.
The easiest ay to find the right engine position at the fire all is as follo .
2. You use the standoff template.
Engine Installati n

Important:
Muffler or tuned pipe should not exceed a diameter of 65mm. The distance bet een ing tube and fuselage
bottom is approx 65-70mm.
With a Flexible manifold(eg as in our set for the DLA56/DA50), but also ith a commercially available L-arm
elbo manifold, the muffler installation is no problem.
The second possibility is: you use our special sbach manifold. Please c ntact us if y u want ne.
For the canister muffler installation you can use our
“dual exhaust suspension” hich is included in the kit delivery.

Please take some time to install the co l and ork carefully.
The nuts are already glued on the fuselage- holders for the co l.
The ood frame inside the co l gives you the right position
You only have to transfer to the holes to the co l. This is most easily ith tape.....
For the cutouts of the motor / muffler sections at the co l e advise you first, like to see at the picture, to scale
the cutouts on paper. Then postpone co l and fix it and you can transfer the cutouts...
