To enable you to use your
watch to the best advan-
tage, we recommend that
you carefully read the
instructions in this leaflet.
1. PRESENTATION
Congratulations on purchasing your new Galliano watch.
Its particular and rened design, the materials, prestigious leather
and fabrics used to make it, place it among the most desiderable
of high fashion objects. To guarantee the your watch’s water-re-
sistance, check that the crown is always closed. Some models are
provided with a screw crown: to make adjustments this must be
unscrewed and rescrewed once the adjustments has been made.
Do not action the crown and buttons when the watch is under-
water. Although your watch is waterproof upto 3 atm. (depth of
30 meters), to maintain the quality of your watch-strap in fabric
or leather we recommend that you avoid wetting the watch. Your
watch’s battery has a life-splan of between 12 and 24 months.
Incorrect replacement can damage the mechanism. To replace it
we advise you to contact an authorised Assistance Centre or an
Ofcial Concessionaire. When the seconds hand moves forward at
2 second intervals it means the battery is almos at and should be
replaced. To safeguard the integrity of your watch’s mechanism it
is important not to change the date when the watch indicates a
time between 22.30 and 01.00.

1. Pull out the crown to rst click.
2. Turn the crown clockwise or counterclockwise (de-
pending on the model) until the correct date ap-
pears. Do not set the date between 9.00 PM and 1.00
AM. Otherwise, the day may not change correctly.
If it is necessary to set the date during that time period,rst
set the watch at a time that is not included between 9.00
PM and 1.00AM, set the date, and then set the correct time.
3. When the second hand is at 12, pull out the crown to the
second click. The second hand will stop. Set the hour
and minutes by turning the crown.
4. Return the crown to its original position.
The warranty is valid for two years from date of purchase; it is honored all
over the world in the case of conformity defects, duly confirmed by authorized
Service Centers. To benefit from the warranty it is essential to present to a
Dealer or a Technical Service Center the International Warranty card duly
compiled, stamped and dated by the Dealer at the time of purchase. Defects
deriving from accidents (knocks, crushing, etc.), improper use, the use of non-
prescribed batteries, dead batteries left inside the watch, alterations, repairs
and/or unauthorized tampering are strictly excluded from the warranty.
Batteries, glass, watch straps, discoloration of the plating or color, and the
consequences of normal wear and tear and aging of the watch are also
excluded from the warranty. Interventions under warranty must be carried
out at authorized Technical Service Centers. The Warranty shall be deemed
void if the watch is tampered with outside of our Technical Service Centres.
The same goes for interventions for replacing the batteries. For these, the
authorized Technical Service Centers will issue clients with certifications of
water resistance tests carried out.

Son design particulier et rafné,les matériaux,les cuirs et les tissus
de qualité supérieure utilisés pour sa réalisation en font l’un des ac-
cessoires de haute couture les plus convoités. Pour garantir l’étan-
chéité de la montre, vériez toujours que la couronne est fermée.
Certains modèles sont dotés de couronne à vis: pour accéder aux
réglages, il faut la dévisser, puis la visser de nouveau une fois
l’opération terminée. N’actionnez pas la couronne et les pous-
soirs quand la montre est immergée dans l’eau. Pour maintenir
la qualité de votre bracelet en tissu ou en cuir, même si votre
montre est étanche jusqu’à 3 atm (30 mètres de profondeur),
nous vous conseillons de ne pas mouiller la montre. La batterie
de votre montre a une durée comprise entre 12 et 24 mois. Une
opération de remplacement effectuée de manière incorrecte
peut endommanger le mécanisme; pour le remplacement, nous
vous conseillons donc de vous adresser à un Centre d’Assistance
agréé ou à un Concessionnaire Ofciel. Si l’aiguille des secondes
avance de 2 secondes à la fois, la batterie est presque épuisée
et il faut la remplacer. Pour protèger l’exactitude du mouve-
ment, il est indispensabile ne pas procéder au changement de la
date quand la montre inique les heures entre 22h 30 et 01h 00.
