and using this product.

SAFETY / MAINTENANCE
Before assembling and using this product, carefully read this instruction manual and all of the labels
affixed to the product. Failure to follow all warnings and instructions may result in product damage or
personal injury.
Save all warnings and instructions for future reference.
-Maximum load: 830 lb (376 kg)
-Maximum load for shelf: 100 lb (45 kg)
-Maximum load for bottom panel: 150 lb (68 kg)
-Maximum load for each drawer: 70 Ib (32 kg)
-Maximum load for rubberwood top: 300 Ib (136 kg)
Keep the product on level surfaces. The product could become unstable and it may tip over if
stored or moved on an uneven surface, which may cause personal injury, death or product damage.
This product is intended for indoor use only.
Use at least two people to move, assemble or install this cabinet. Failure to do so can result in
personal injury or product damage.
DO NOT open more than one drawer at a time.
Fill from the bottom drawer up. If the cabinet is filled from the top drawer down, it will be top-heavy
and may tip over.
Use the brakes when not moving this product. This will prevent the product from rolling, which may
cause personal injury or product damage.
Close and lock the doors before moving this cabinet.
DO NOT alter this product in any manner. For example, do not weld external bar locks or attach
electrical equipment. This may cause product damage or personal injury.
DO NOT leave children unattended near this product. Cabinets may tip over if improperly opened.
DO NOT exceed the following weight limits for this product.
Lubricate the slides (twice a year) with a spray lubricant or light duty oil.
Periodically clean the surfaces with a soft rag and water.
MAINTENANCE
This product is not designed for commercial nor industrial usage.
For castors, use high quality bearing grease once a year.
Grease and oil can be removed with most standard cleaning fluids. For safety, use a nonflammable
cleaning fluid.
DO NOT step or climb on this product or on the drawers.
It is always recommended to secure this product to the wall with the anti-tip hardware provided.

STEP 1 ATTACH THE SIDE AND BOTTOM PANELS
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
TOOLS REQUIRED FOR ASSEMBLY
• Hex wrench (38)
• Cross-head Screwdriver (not included; magnetic is preferable)
• Measuring Tape (not included)
Please wear gloves during the whole assembly process.
NOTE: Assemble on a flat surface. A piece of cardboard is recommended to keep the product
from being scratched during assembly.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
• Power Drill (not included)
Lay the bottom panel (28) on its front and attach the side panels (3 & 32) to the bottom
panel (28) with two M6 x 16 hex socket head screws (4) through the holes on bottom left
and right corners. D0 NOT tighten.

• Screw two M6 x 16 hex socket head screws (4) at the middle of bottom. Tighten securely.

STEP 3 ATTACH THE CENTRE PANEL
STEP 2 INSTALL THE CASTORS
NOTE: For easy movement, the swivel casters are suggested to be installed on the same side
as the side handle.

Position the two rigid castors (27) on one side of the bottom of the cabinet. Insert the M8 x 25
hex bolts (25) through washers (26), then through the castors and into the bottom of the cabinet.
Tighten securely.
•
Repeat for the two swivel castors (14) on the other side of the cabinet.
•
Attach the centre panel (34) to the bottom panel (28) with two M6 x 16 hex socket head screws (4).
Tighten securely.

STEP 5 ATTACH THE BACK PANELS

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Attach the back panels (33) to the back of the cabinet with twenty-eight M6 x 16 hex socket head
screws (4). Insert the screws by hand. DO NOT tighten.
•
Attach the back top beam (37) to the side panels (3 & 32) with two M6 x 16 hex socket head
screws (4). Insert the screws by hand. DO NOT tighten.
The top edge of the top back panel should be inserted under the back top beam.

STEP 6 ATTACH THE DOOR STOPPER
First press the two trapezoidal tabs at the right side of the front top beam (5) inwards by 90 degrees.
•
Insert the door stopper (30) onto the two tabs. Make sure the magnets (29) are outside of the front
top beam and face toward the front of the cabinet.
•
Finally, bend the two trapezoidal tabs of the front top beam (5) outwards until they are against the
door stopper (30).
•
STEP 7 ATTACH THE FRONT TOP BEAM
Attach the front top beam (5) to the side panels (3 & 32) with six M6 x 16 hex socket head screws (4).
Insert the screws by hand. DO NOT tighten.
•
At the same time, screw four M6 x 16 hex socket head screws (4) through the side panels (3 & 32) to
the bottom panel (28). DO NOT tighten.
•

STEP 8 INSTALL THE SLIDES

•Slide the back clip of the outer rail of a right slide (9) into the back slot at the right side panel (3) and
slide the front clip of the outer rail into the slot at the front of the right side panel (3).
•Repeat the same procedure to install the other right slides (9) to the right side panel (3).
•Repeat the same procedure to install four left slides (31) to the centre panel (34).
•Bend the eight clips above the left and right slides outwards with the help of a straight screwdriver
so as to secure the slides.
