CAUTION
• Prior to drilling holes into the vehicle for installation, ascertain that no internal
components of the vehicle will obstruct the placement or mounting of the LED minibar.
For all wire passage holes, apply caulk or install grommets.
• Avoid installing the minibar or routing any cables in the vicinity of the vehicle's airbags.
Any interference could hinder the proper deployment of the airbags, thereby
compromising their intended effectiveness.
• Carefully select the mounting location for the minibar, avoiding areas that may impair
visibility or distract the vehicle's operator. Improper placement could obstruct the
operator's view or divert their attention, potentially leading to serious accidents.
• For cleaning the outer lens of the minibar, only use a mixture of soap and water.
Utilizing other chemicals may lead to premature cracking or discoloration of the lens.
Damaged lenses can significantly impede the minibar's functionality.
Regularly inspect and operate the minibar to ensure it is working optimally.
• Refrain from looking directly into the minibar while it is operational. The high-intensity
LEDs used in this device can cause temporary blindness or even permanent eye damage.

PERMANENT/BRACKET MOUNTING
NOTE: Before beginning the minibar installation, ensure that the mounting location is clear
of all obstructions. Possible obstructions include but are not limited to: roof support
members, wire harnesses, airbags, vehicle trim components. It is recommended that the
vehicle’s headliner is removed before drilling. If the headliner remains in place, the
drill bit may puncture the headliner and cause damage.
Tools needed for installation include a drill bit with a diameter of 1/4”or an 8mm
(5/16“) for the side bracket. A socket or wrench is required as well.
Before securing the minibar, the wire harness will need to be routed. This hole must be about
1/4” in diameter for the wire to pass through. It is recommended that an appropriately
sized grommet be placed into the hole before the wire is passed through. With the wire in
place, seal the grommet and wire combination with silicone for waterproofing. The grommet
will prevent premature damage to the minibar’s wire.
Choose one of the three mounting bracket styles and attach the bracket to the minibar using
the provided round gasket pad and bolt. To position the minibar, place it in a suitable location
and mark the four minibar mounting holes. Then remove the minibar and drill the appropriate
holes. Now, insert the 4 bolts through the bracket. Place the gasket between the
minibar’s bracket and the vehicle’s surface. Feed the bolt through the mounting holes and
secure the minibar using the provided washers and nut. Refer to the drawing below for
guidance. Finally, tighten the nuts with the socket or wrench until the minibar is firmly
secured to the vehicle.
MAGNET MOUNTING
NOTE: We advise against using any magnetically mounted warning device, including this
minibar, on the exterior of a vehicle moving at high speeds (over 30 mph). This practice is
not recommended and any resulting damage or safety issues are solely the responsibility of
the user. It is advised to remove the minibar from the vehicle's exterior before setting the
vehicle in high speed motion.
Before mounting the lightbar using the magnetic hardware, ensure the mounting surface is
thoroughly clean. For optimal adhesion, clean the surface with a solution composed of
isopropyl alcohol and water, then dry the surface completely. Once prepared, position
the lightbar in its designated location, making certain that all the magnets are making full
contact with the vehicle’s surface. Proceed to route the wire as necessary and plug it into the
vehicle’s cigarette lighter socket for power.
