•Do not expose the massage gun to sun or fire. Please keep it at room temperature.
• Do not immerse in water or place any objects into the ventilation holes.
• For adult use only. Children shall not use and play with the appliance. Do not use it if you
got injured.
WARNINGS
• Carefully examine device before each use. Use only on a dry clean surface of the body
over clothing by lightly pressing and moving across the body for approximately 20
seconds per region.
• Bruising may occur regardless of the control setting or pressure applied. Use the device
only on muscle soft tissue. Check treated areas frequently and immediately stop at the
first the sign of pain or discomfort.
• Do not use the Mebak massage device on your mouth, heart or near your genitals. Do
not use the Mebak massage device above your Adam’s Apple or spine, or any hard or
bony area of the body.
• Do not use the Mebak 5 continuously for more than 1 hour. Please ensure the device
rest for 5 minutes before re-using.
• Do not use any massage heads other than the ones provided by Mebak and only as
instructed by Mebak. Use only the applicators that provide the best desired effect.
• Do not disassemble or tamper the device in any way. The battery could not be detached
from the device. Never leave the Mebak operating or charging unattended.
• Keep the power off when storing and carrying.
• To protect the environment, please dispose of this product in accordance with local laws
and regulations.
• Keep fingers, hair or any other body part away from the shaft and backside of the
applicator as pinching may occur.
• Do not use the Mebak massage device on the same body part over 20 seconds, which
may cause a bruise.

by an adult when using any vibration device.
These contraindications do not mean that you are not able to use a vibration or exercise

To help you better understand the use of each massage head, we rated their force
sensibility and percussion accuracy by taking 10 points as a benchmark. Generally, the
sharper the massage head is, the stronger the force sensibility would be; the smaller the
percussion area is, the higher the percussion accuracy is.

•Glide the Mebak along the muscle. Move slowly - about an inch a second or slower. If
you hit a knot or an area of tension, let the Mebak rest on that spot - without adding
additional pressure - for a few moments before moving on.
•With unit off, fully insert the massage head by pressing in. Remove by pulling it out.

From Speed 01 to 05, you could press the " " for 2 seconds to set the device to "Speed
00 (Stand-by)" status directly. Switch off the device after use by pushing the power switch to
the OFF position.
•Turn on the device by pushing the power switch to "ON" position. The LED screen will
light up. Touch the " " to adjust the speed to speed 01 - speed 02 - speed 03 -
speed 04 - speed 05 - speed 00 - speed 01, that is to enter a loop of 01 - 02 - 03 - 04 -
05 - 00 - 01. The speed level is indicated by the number on the left side of the screen.
OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS
According to your needs to choose a suitable massage head, rotate the massage head
firmly into the massage gun.

CHARGING
•Fully charge the device before first use. Please use the original charging cable and a
5V/2A output adapter to charge the device.
•When charging, the battery level percentage is displayed on the screen with a green
number, in the meantime, the speed level is constantly jumping on the left side of the
screen. It is fully charged when number 10 is shown on the right side of the screen and
the speed display stops spinning. It is not recommended to fully deplete the battery
before charging, but better to charge the device when the power shows “02”.

•The average run-time is 6 hours depending on speed level and pressure applied during
use. And the average charging time is about 3 hours.
•Please be noticed that the device cannot work during charging.
•Please fully charge the device if it will not be used for a long time.

WARRANTY
IF WITHIN ONE YEAR FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE, THIS PRODUCT FAILS DUE TO A
DEFECT IN MATERIAL OR WORKMANSHIP, MEBAK WILL REPAIR OR REPLACE THE
PRODUCT, OR NECESSARY COMPONENTS, FREE OF CHARGE. THIS WARRANTY EXCLUDES:
(a) Damage caused by accident, abuse, mishandling, or transport;
(b) Units subjected to unauthorized repair;
(c) Units not used in accordance with Mebak instructions;
(d) Damage exceeding the cost of the product;
(e) Deterioration of the delivered product resulting from abnormal storage and/or
safeguarding conditions on the client’s premises, and
(f) Failure to provide the dated proof of purchase.
Some states and countries do not allow a limitation of damages, so the foregoing limitation
may not apply to you.
