Warning
This equipment generates and uses radio frequency energy,
and if not installed and used properly (i.e. in strict accordance
with the manufacturer’s instructions), may cause interference
to radio and television reception. It has been tested and found
to comply with the limits for a Class B device in accordance
with the specifications in Subpart B of Part 15 of FCC Rules,
which are designed to provide reasonable protection against
such interference in a residential installation.
The user is cautioned that changes or modifications not
expressly approved by Mediatrix, could void the user’s
authority to operate this equipment.
This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules.
Operation is subject to the following two conditions:
(1) this device may not cause harmful interference, and
(2) this device must accept any interference received,
including interference that may cause undesired operation.

iv
Only peripherals (computer input/output devices, terminals,
printers, etc.) certified to comply with the class B limits may
be attached to this equipment. Operation with non-certified
peripherals is likely to result in interference to radio and TV
reception. Furthermore, the use of a non-shielded I/O cable
with this device will not enable the device to meet the
minimum emission limits mandated by U.S. federal law.
There is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a
particular installation. If this equipment does cause
interference to radio or television reception (this can be
determined by turning the equipment off and on), the user is
encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more
of the following measures:
•Reorient the receiving antenna.
•Move the computer away from the receiver.
•Plug the computer into a different outlet so that
computer and receiver are on different branch
circuits.
If necessary, the user should consult the dealer or an
experienced radio/television technician for additional
suggestions. The user is hereby notified that changes or
modifications not expressly approved by Mediatrix
Peripherals Inc. could void the user's rights under the limited
warranty.
The user may find it helpful to consult the booklet:
