Thank you for choosing Dr. Frei® Manual Breast Pump GM-2. We are sure that having ap-
praised worthily the high quality and reliability of this device you will become a regular user
of the products of Dr. Frei®Trade Mark.
Before starting to use the breast pump please study the instruction book carefully. Fol-
lowing the rules stated in the instruction book will provide for the faultless operation of the
breast pump for a long period of time.

HOW TO ASSEMBLE MANUAL BREAST PUMP:
WASH YOUR HANDS THOROUGHLY.
1. Enclose little silicone ring to the pump stem.
2. Set the pump stem to the silicone pump .
3. Enclose the silicone pump to the handle, make sure to be wind tight.
4. Set the assembled handle to the main body.
5. Click the silicone valve into the Main Body.
IMPORTANT: DO NOT LOSE THE VALVE. YOUR PUMP WILL NOT WORK WITHOUT IT
OR IF IT IS FITTED INCORRECTLY.
6. Place the main body onto the bottle. Twist gently clockwise until it catches.
7. Insert the bottle into the base.
8. At last, set the breast shield lid onto the silicone breast shield.
HOW TO USE:
1. Clean all the parts of breast pump, using the steam sterilizer, wash your hand and as-
semble all the parts properly, tightened to avoid leakage.
2. Before start sucking milk, gently massage the breast or use a warm towel to compress
the breast, which is helpful for extracting breast milk.
3. Sit on a chair relaxed, and tilt your body forward slightly.
4. Press the breast shield gently and tightly against your breast to create a proper seal.
5. Press the handle gently and feel the suction. You can easily control the suction via the
ngertip action on the handle.
6. Press the handle for 2 or 3 seconds at a time to imitate the babies natural sucking mo-
tion.
7. Sucking two breasts alternately, no more than 10 minutes each time.
Please Note: If you can not draw any milk from the breast after ve minutes of operation,
discontinue use and try again later.

2-STAGE BREAST MILK EXPRESSION:
It was found out according to the last deep investigation of breastfeeding physiology, that
the infant, rst, suckles the breast often but not strong, it stimulates let-down of milk (stage
of «stimulation»). Then, when milk appears, the infant begins to suckle slower and deeper
(stage of «suckle»). This discovery led to developing of two-stage expression and appear-
ing of new devices for expression of breast milk. Mechanical breast-pump GM-2 belongs to
such devices.

Reproduce fast and not strong
suckle of infant, stimulating
let-down of milk.
Stage of «suckle»
Reproduce deep and slow suckle
of infant in the second stage of feeding,
providing efcient and fast expression.
NOTICE:
1. All parts should be cleaned and sterilized using the steam sterilizer. Keep it dry and
sealed.
2. Do NOT use the device when it is not attached to the bottle because of possible dam-
age.
3. Do not put in direct sunlight.
4. If you have any discomfort or painful feeling after use, consult your Physician or Lacta-
tion Consultant.
5. This product is for single use only, if used by more than one person may cause a health
risk.

HINTS
When do you need to use breast pump?
1. When insufcient breast milk, use it to imitate baby’s suction so that promote milk excret-
ing.
2. When too much breast milk, use it to suck away redundant milk for fear breast milk lling
up.
3. When facing the pain of bulgy breast, use it to comfort yourself.
4. When wanting to keep breast milk feeding after you go to work, use it and store the
breast milk for your baby.
How to use the breast pump successfully?
1. Choose the time when you are idle and impossible to be disturbed.
2. Having baby’s photo with you, to promote milk excreting.
3. Before sucking milk, massage your breast gently or apply your breast with hot towel for a
few minutes, it is helpful to excrete milk.
4. Warming and relaxing are helpful for excreting breast milk, you can try to use it after
taking a shower.
5. When baby is sucking at one breast, the other one is stimulated and excrete breast milk;
it is suggested to use it at this moment.
BREAST MILK STORAGE
If the breast milk would not be used for feeding baby immediately, it must be stored in the
feeding bottle and preserved by freezing in the refrigerator. If breast milk to be stored more
than 48 hours, It must be rapidly frozen, and use of dedicated storage containers, DO NOT
just use a feeding bottle. If you need long time storage of breast milk, we recommend con-
sulting your doctors or breast-feeding professionals, they will provide specialized storage
ways.

СБОРКА МОЛОКООТСОСА
ТЩАТЕЛЬНО ВЫМОЙТЕ РУКИ.
1. Наденьте маленькое силиконовое кольцо на шток помпы.
2. Установите шток помпы в силиконовую помпу.
3. Соедините силиконовую помпу с ручкой и нажмите; убедитесь, что они крепко
держатся вместе.
4. Присоедините ручку к корпусу насоса.
5. Присоедините силиконовый клапан к корпусу насоса.
ВНИМАНИЕ: НЕ ТЕРЯЙТЕ КЛАПАН. БЕЗ КЛАПАНА ИЛИ ПРИ НЕПРАВИЛЬНОЙ ЕГО
УСТАНОВКЕ МОЛОКООТСОС БУДЕТ РАБОТАТЬ НЕ НАДЛЕЖАЩИМ ОБРАЗОМ
6. Оденьте силиконовую мембрану на корпус насоса и убедитесь, что их концы плот-
но прилегают друг к другу (это проще сделать, пока компоненты еще влажные).
7. Крепко соедините корпус насоса с бутылочкой для кормления.
8. В конце наденьте защитную насадку на силиконовую мембрану.
ИНСТРУКЦИЯ ПО ИСПОЛЬЗОВАНИЮ:
1. Очистите и простерилизуйте ВСЕ части устройства с помощью парового стерили-
затора, вымойте руки и соберите прибор. Убедитесь, что все части собраны над-
лежащим образом, во избежание протекания.
2. Перед использованием устройства, мягко массажируйте Вашу грудь или сделайте
компресс теплым полотенцем, чтобы стимулировать выделение молока.
3. Перед началом сцеживания спокойно посидите, наклонившись немного вперед и
расслабьтесь.
4. Плотно прижмите силиконовую мембрану к груди, чтобы обеспечить надежную
герметизацию.
5. Нажмите на ручку и Вы ощутите всасывание. Вы можете самостоятельно контроли-
ровать силу всасывания, нажимая рычаг ручки.
6. Сжимайте рычаг ручки дважды или трижды за один раз, чтобы имитировать есте-
ственное сосание ребенка.
7. Сцеживайте обе груди попеременно, не более чем по 10 минут каждую грудь.

Внимание: Если на протяжении 5 минут отсасывания молоко не начнет сцеживаться,
прекратите сцеживание и попробуйте еще раз позже.
ОПИСАНИЕ 2-СТАДИЙНОГО СЦЕЖИВАНИЯ
Согласно последним исследованиям физиологии грудного вскармливания было уста-
новлено, что ребенок сначала сосет грудь часто и не сильно, что стимулирует прилив
молока (стадия «стимуляции»). Потом, когда появляется молоко, малыш переходит
к более медленным и глубоким сосательным движениям (стадия «сосания»). Это
открытие привело к разработке принципа двухстадийного сцеживания и появления
новых устройств для сцеживания грудного молока. К такому типу устройств относится
механический молокоотсос GM-2.
Стадия «стимуляции»
Сначала быстро нажимайте
короткую ручку для стимуляции
прилива молока к груди.
Стадия «сосания»
Затем нажимайте длинную ручку в медленном
ритме для быстрого и эффективного
сцеживания молока.
ПРАВИЛА ЭКСПЛУАТАЦИИ:
• Молокоотсос должен быть очищен и простерилизован до и после применения (с
помощью парового стерилизатора). Храните прибор в сухом прохладном месте.
• Не используйте молокоотсос без бутылочки. Это может привести к поломке.
• Избегайте контакта устройства с прямым солнечным светом.
• Если Вы испытываете боль или дискомфорт после использования прибора, пожа-
