BEFORE USE
Before use, please read this manual carefully.
Only connect the appliance to an earthed wall socket.
This appliance is for household use only. When using electrical
appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed to
avoid res, electric shocks, burns, or other injuries and damage. Read
these operating and safety instructions carefully.
IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS (1/3)
- Never immerse the housing, which contains electrical components and
heating elements, in water and rinse it under the tap.
- Do not let any water or other liquid enter the appliance in order to
prevent electric shock.
- Always put the ingredients to be fried in the tray, so as to prevent it
from coming into contact with the heating elements.
- Do not cover the air inlet and the air exhaust openings while the
appliance is operating.
- Do not ll the frying tray with oil as this may cause a re hazard.
- Never touch the inside of the appliance while it is operating.
- Check whether the voltage indicated on the appliance corresponds
to the local mains voltage in your country before you connect the
appliance.
- Do not use the appliance if the plug, the power cord, or the appliance
itself is damaged.
- If the power cord is damaged, you must have it replaced at a service
center authorized by similarly qualied persons in order to avoid a
hazard.

IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS (2/3)
- This appliance is not suitable for children or people who are either
physically or mentally handicapped or those who lack experience and
knowledge. If you want anyone else to use the appliance, that person
should be properly guided on its use.
- Keep the appliance and its mains cord out of the reach of children
when the appliance is switched on or is cooling down.
- Keep the main cord away from hot surfaces.
- Do not plug in the appliance or operate the control panel with wet
hands.
- Only connect the appliance to an earthed wall socket, and always
make sure that the plug is inserted into the wall socket properly.
- Never connect this appliance to an external timer switch.
- Do not place the appliance on or near combustible materials such as
a tablecloth or curtains.
- Do not place the appliance against a wall or against other
appliances; Leave at least 10cm free space at the back and sides and
10cm free space above the appliance; Do not place anything on top of
the appliance.
- Do not use the appliance for any purpose other than what is described
in this manual.
- Do not let the appliance have an unattended operation.
- During hot air frying, hot steam is released through the air exhaust
openings; Keep your hands and face at a safe distance from the steam
and the air exhaust openings; Be careful of hot steam and hot air when
you remove the frying tray from the appliance.
- The surface below the appliance may become hot during use.
- Immediately unplug the appliance if you see dark smoke coming out of
the appliance; Wait for the smoke emission to stop before you remove
the frying tray from the appliance.

BEFORE THE FIRST USE
1. Remove all packing materials.
2. Remove any stickers or labels from the appliance, other than the
rating label.
3. Thoroughly clean the frying tray, with hot water and some liquid
washing soap using a non-abrasive sponge.
Note: You can also clean these parts in the dishwasher.
4. Wipe the inside and outside of the appliance with a moist cloth.

- Place the appliance on a horizontal and stable surface.
- Always unplug the appliance after use.
- Let the appliance cool down for about 30 minutes before you handle
or clean it.
- Remove burnt remnants.
- This appliance is intended for normal household use only. It is neither
intended for use in environments such as staff kitchens, ofces, farms, or
other work environments nor intended to be used by clients in hotels or
other similar environments.
- If the appliance is used improperly or if it is not used according to the
instructions in the user manual, the warranty becomes invalid and the
seller refuses any liability for any damage that may be caused.

USING THE APPLIANCE (1/3)
Preparing for use
1. Place the appliance on a stable, horizontal, and heat-resistant
surface.
2. Place the crisper rack in the frying tray properly.
Do not ll the frying tray with oil or any other liquid.
Do not put anything on top of the appliance. This disrupts the airow
and affects the air-frying result.
Power On and Adjusting Temperature/Time:
• Plug in the device. It will be in standby mode.
• Press the ON/OFF button. The default temperature and time for
the program are 180°C and 15 minutes, respectively.
• You can adjust the time and temperature freely by using the Time
+/- and Temperature +/- buttons.
• To cook different foods, you can also press any function icon.
When you press a function icon, the lights will icker. Then press
START/PAUSE to start the unit.
• Each function has its own default time and temperature, which
are listed in the table. You can adjust these values using the Time
+/- and Temperature +/- buttons.
Temperature Control:
• The temperature can be adjusted within the range of 50-200°C.
• Each click on the + / - temperature buttons will increase or reduce
the temperature by 10°C.
• When the temperature reaches 200°C and you press the “+”, it
will loop back to a temperature of 50°C. Similarly, pressing the
“-” at 50°C will cycle back to 200°C.
• During the temperature control process, the temperature digital
display will icker on the screen (not ash during operation). After
ickering three times, the temperature setting is complete.
Time Adjustment:
• The time can be adjusted within the range of 1 to 60 minutes.
• Each click on the + / - time buttons will increase or reduce the
time by 1 minute.
• When the time reaches 60 minutes and you press “+”, the time
will cycle back to 1 minute. Likewise, pressing “-” at 1 minute will
cycle back to 60 minutes.
• During the time control process, the time digital display will icker
on the screen (not ash during operation). After ickering three
times, the time setting is complete.

Start, Pause/Stop:
• After selecting a function, set the desired time and temperature.
• Press the Start/Pause button. The Start/Pause indicator will start to
icker.
• After a BEEP sound, the machine will start working.
• While the machine is in operation, if you press the Start/Pause
button, the machine will pause/stop working. The Start/Pause
indicator will stop ickering.
• If you press the ON/OFF button while the machine is working, af-
ter a BEEP sound, the machine will stop working, and it will return
to the standby mode.
Important Notes:
• While the machine is working, you can take out the frying tray
to check the cooking result or add more food. The machine will
continue to work on the program once you place the frying tray
back in.
• If there is a power cut or you unplug the machine during opera-
tion, it will stop working, and all lights will turn off. Once power is
restored or the machine is plugged back in, it will resume working
on the program.
• During operation, ve red lights will continuously icker one after
another.
End of Program:
• The heating element will stop working when the set working time is
completed, showing 00 min. However, the motor will continue to
work, and a buzzer will sound as a warning.
• The motor will work for an additional 1 minute to cool down the
machine. After that, the machine will enter the standby mode.

Caution: Please refrain from touching the pan during use and for
approximately 30 minutes afterward, as it becomes extremely hot. It is
advisable to only hold the pan by its handle.

OPERATION STEP
1. Insert the mains plug into a grounded wall socket.
2. Place the ingredients into the basket and then put the basket into the
frying tray.
3. Position the frying tray correctly. Choose a function from the menu
and press the START/PAUSE button to begin cooking.
4. Screen Display:
• The temperature displayed represents the set temperature.
• The time displayed indicates the remaining working time.
• The selected function will icker on the screen.
5. For certain ingredients, it may be necessary to shake them halfway
through the cooking process (refer to the “Settings” section in this
chapter). To shake the ingredients, use the handle to pull the frying tray
out of the appliance, shake it, and then slide it back into the air fryer.
Caution: Avoid pressing the basket release button while shaking.
6. you hear the timer bell, it signies that the set cooking time has
elapsed. Carefully remove the pan from the appliance and place it on
a heat-resistant surface.
7. Check if the ingredients are ready.
• If the ingredients are not yet ready, simply slide the frying tray
back into the appliance and cook them for additional minutes.
Tip: To reduce weight, you can remove the basket from the
pan and shake only the basket. To do this, place the pan
on a heat-resistant surface, pull it out of the appliance, and
press the basket release button.
8. To remove small ingredients, press the basket release button and lift
the basket out of the frying tray.
• Do not turn the basket upside down while the frying tray is still
attached, as any excess oil collected on the bottom of the frying
tray may spill out and leak onto the ingredients.
• After air frying, both the frying tray and the ingredients will be
hot. Depending on the ingredients, steam may escape from the
frying tray.
9. Empty the basket into a bowl or onto a plate.
Tip: For large or fragile ingredients, use a pair of tongs to
lift them out of the basket.
10. Once a batch of ingredients is ready, the air fryer is instantly ready
to prepare another batch.
Note: When using the Health Fryer for the rst time, you
may notice slight smoke or odor, which is normal and will
dissipate quickly. Ensure that there is sufcient ventilation
around the Health Fryer.

SETTINGS
Apart from the preset menu, you also can use this air fryer to make
other food by setting the time and temperature.
Because the Rapid Air Technology instantly reheats the air inside the
appliance, pulling the frying tray briey out of the appliance during hot
air frying barely disturbs the process.
Cooking Tips
Air Fryer and Parts will become hot during the cooking process.
Do not overll the Fry tray with food.
Do not pack foods into the Fry tray.
Using Oil
Adding a small amount of oil to food can make them crispier.
Oil sprays are good for applying small amounts of oil evenly to food.
Food Tips
You can air fry frozen food that can be baked in the oven.
To make cakes, hand-pies, or any foods with lling or batter, you can
place foods in a heat-safe container and put that in Fry Tray.
Pat dry foods with marinades before adding to Fry Tray.
Reheating Foods
Simply set the temperature to 150°C for up to 10 minutes.
COOKING GUIDE – Note: these settings are a guide. As ingredients
differ in size shape and brand, you may need to adjust cooking times
and temperatures.
Note: It is better to add 3 minutes to the preparation time before you
start frying if the appliance is cold
