Openthe sandwich toaster by undoing the

lockingcliponthehandleandraisingthe

upperhalfofthetoasterwiththe handle.

Beforeusingyoursandwichtoaster for the first

time,wash and dry the cooking plates. The

appliancemustbefullyclosedandfastenedfor

pre-heatingandcooking.

Prepareyour sandwich in advance.Forbest

resultslightlybutterthebread on the OUTSIDE;

donotcutthebreadinhalfbeforecookingyour

sandwich.

Donotuselow-fatspread products for

greasingsandwich plates or spreading onbread,

astheyarenotsuitableforthesepurposes.For

bestresults use vegetable oil or butter.

1Plugthetoasterintothemainssocketand

switchon.The red light will glow indicating

itis switched on.

2Whenthe orange light goes out this

showsthatthesandwichtoasterisheatedup

readyforuse.Pleasenotethatthislightwill

cycleon/offduring use.

3Nowopen the toaster andplacethe

sandwicheson the hot plates.

REMEMBER THE TOASTER PLATES

ARE VERY HOT.

Whenusing for the first timeyou may

noticea fine smoke haze being emitted from

theunit, this is due tothe‘bake in’ of some

ofthecomponentsandisnotharmful.

4To close the sandwich toaster squeeze the

twofront handles together,click the locking

clipinto position squeezing the bread slice.

Ensure it is firmly closed.

5-7minutes to cook. However,this time

shouldbeusedasaguideonly,as cooking

timeswill vary depending ontypeofbread,

ingredientsand personalpreference.

3leveltbspmayonnaise

Saltand pepper

100g/4ozmild cheddar thinly sliced

4slicesbread,lightlybuttered on one side if

desired

Combinetuna andmayonnaise.Season (to

taste)with salt and pepper.Spoon mixture onto 2

slicesof bread and spread out evenly.Divide the

cheesebetween the twoandcoverwith the

remainingslicesofbread. Place into sandwich

toaster, close lid and toast for approx 5-7 minutes.

Danish blue and mushrooms

Makes2 rounds.

50g/2ozmushrooms sliced

50g/2ozblue cheese (e.g. Danish blue)

2spring onions chopped

4slicesbread,butteredononeside

Slicethe cheese thinly and place onto two

slicesofbread.Then put the mushrooms and

springonions onto the sandwich and cover with

theremainingslicesofbread.Placeinto

sandwichtoaster, close the lid and toast for

approx5-7 minutes.

Pizza surprise

Makes2 rounds.

4tbsp chopped tomatoes,drained

Driedoregano, pinch

Saltand pepper

50g/2ozmozzarella,grated

4slicesbread,butteredononeside

Mixtogethertomatoesand oregano,season

withsalt and herb pepper.Divide between2

slicesof bread, sprinkle over the mozzarellaand

coverwithremaining slices of bread. Place into

sandwichtoaster.Close the lid andtoast for

approx5-7 minutes.

Variations:Add a slice of salami toeach

sandwichor another pizza topping of your choice.

Vegetarian delight

2tbsp chopped red pepper

50g/2ozsweetcorn

4spring onions, chopped

Mixtogether red pepper,sweetcorn,spring
