or play yard. Keep Shhh…™ out of baby’s reach.
• This product is not a toy. DO NOT place this product inside a crib, bassinet,
playpen and play yard.
• Do not leave child unattended.
• Adult supervision required.
• Do not leave within reach of infant.
• Do not allow infant to handle or hold product.
BATTERY INFORMATION
• Do not mix old and new batteries.
• Do not mix alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc), or rechargeable (nickel-cadmium,
lithium-ion) batteries.
• Do not charge non-rechargeable batteries.
• Insert batteries in the correct polarity position.
• Do not short circuit battery terminals.
• Remove batteries during long periods of non-use. Always remove exhausted batteries
from product. Dispose of batteries properly.
• Use caution when opening battery compartment as some batteries may leak, explode
or catch on re.
• Rechargeable batteries are to be removed before being charged.
• Rechargeable batteries are only to be charged under adult supervision.
• Do not submerge in water or other liquids.
NOTE: Requires two AA/LR6 batteries. Batteries not included. For longer battery life, use
2 AA/LR6 alkaline batteries. When sounds become faint or stop, it is time for an adult to
change the batteries.

NOTE: This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class
B digital device, pursuant to part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to
provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation.
This equipment generates, uses and can radiate radio frequency energy and if not
installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference
to radio communications. However, there is no guarantee that interference will not
occur in a particular installation. If this equipment does cause harmful interference to
radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off
and on, the user is encouraged to try to connect the interference by one or more of

How to Use

SETTING THE TIMER
Twist the bottom of the device until timer is aligned with
your desired timer setting (10, 20, 30 minutes).
The timer will begin counting down each time the device is
turned on. At the end of the timer cycle, all sound and light
functions will turn off automatically.
NOTE: Changing any setting (timer, sound or light)
while the device is on will reset the timer.
CHOOSING A SOUND
Press the sound button to turn on the rst sound. Press again to toggle through
sound options.

Press or hold or buttons to control volume.
To turn off all functions at any time, press and hold for 2.5 seconds.
USING THE NIGHTLIGHT
NOTE: The light function can be used by itself or in addition to a sound option.
Press the light button to turn on the pulsing light. Press again to toggle through light
options.

To turn off only the light, press and hold for 2.5 seconds. Any sound option selected
will continue.

SECURING THE HAND STRAP
Guide the small loop at the end of the strap through
the eyelet on the base.
Pull the rest of the strap through the loop.
CHANGING THE BATTERIES
1. Twist the base until the battery icon is lined up with the
unlock icon . Using a Phillips-head screwdriver, unscrew
the base.
NOTE: Base can only be removed if these icons are lined up.
2. Unscrew the battery compartment and insert two new AA batteries.
NOTE: When putting the base back on, align with to ensure correct orientation.
CARE AND CLEANING
Clean and inspect the Shhh…™ before use. Wipe with a damp cloth and air dry. Do not
immerse in water or allow water inside through openings.

CONSIGNES RELATIVES AUX PILES
• Ne pas combiner des piles neuves et usagées.
• Ne pas combiner des piles alcalines, standard (carbone-zinc) ou rechargeables
(nickel-cadmium, lithium-ion).
• Ne pas recharger des piles non rechargeables.
• Placer les piles selon les indications de polarité.
• Ne pas court-circuiter les bornes des piles.
• Retirer les piles si le produit n’est pas utilisé pendant longtemps. Toujours retirer les
piles mortes du produit. Jeter ou recycler les piles comme il convient.
• Faire attention en ouvrant le boîtier des piles car certaines piles peuvent couler, explos-
er ou prendre feu.
• Sortir les piles rechargeables de l’appareil avant de les recharger.
• Il est impératif qu’un adulte soit présent pour surveiller le chargement de
piles rechargeables.
• Ne pas plonger les piles dans l’eau ou dans d’autres liquides.
REMARQUE : Nécessite deux piles de type AA/LR6. Piles non comprises. Pour une
autonomie plus longue du produit, utilisez 2 piles alcalines de type 6AA/LR6. Quand le
son s’affaiblit ou s’arrête, les piles doivent être changées par un adulte.
