Slide the bushing over the cable.

To ease the boot assembly apply some

cable pulling lubricant to the cable ends.

Position Insertion Tool ontothe the

cable.

Wet the tip with mounting fluid.

23& WITH ASSESSORIES:

CABLE & BOOT ASSEMBLY WITH INSERTION TOOL.

ITX-TOP: Cable insertion tool to guide the cable into the boot.

PIP65 RATED AND UL50E APPROVED.

MOUNTING VERSIONS

Slide the cable with the tool throught the

boot.

Remove the tool.

Assembl the RJ45 plug on the cable.e

Cut off release tab of RJ45 plug.the

Put chuck onto the cable.the

Align the opening with the contact side.

Position the RJ45 in the chuck.

Attention:

RJ45 must be straight.

Special versions must engage in the

inner recess of the chuck.

Position bushing onto chuck.the the

Slide boot to thethe unit (insert and ) in

housing and tighten the bushing.

Attention:

Screw the bushing to the end of the thread.

CAUTION:

There is no overlap allowed.
