PRECAUTIONS
WARNING: To reduce the risk of re, electrical shock, or injury when using your merchandiser, follow
these basic precautions.
• Read all instructions before using the merchandiser.
• CAUTION, WARNING, or DANGER symbol: Risk of child entrapment.
• To avoid the possibility of child entrapment, please take the following precautions before throwing out
the merchandiser.
- Remove all doors from the unit.
- Leave the shelves in place so that children may not easily climb inside.
• NEVER allow children to operate, play with, or crawl inside the merchandiser.
• NEVER clean merchandiser parts with ammable uids. The fumes can create a re hazard or
explosion.
• DO NOT store or use gasoline or any other ammable vapors and liquids in the vicinity of this or any
other merchandiser. The fumes can create a re hazard or an explosion.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
WARNING: To reduce the risk of re, electrical shock, or injury follow these basic precautions when
using your merchandiser.
WARNING: Keep ventilation openings, in the appliance enclosure or in the built-in structure, clear of
obstruction.
WARNING: DO NOT use mechanical devices or other means to accelerate the defrosting process,
other than those recommended by the manufacturer.
WARNING: DO NOT damage the refrigerant tubing as it will increase the risk of a leak when handling,
moving, and using the merchandiser.
WARNING: DO NOT use electrical appliances inside the food storage compartments of the appliance,
unless they are of the type recommended by the manufacturer.
DANGER: NEVER allow children to play with, operate, or crawl inside the merchandiser for risk of child
entrapment. Risk of child entrapment. Before you throw away your old merchandiser:
• Take off the doors.
• Leave the shelves in place so that children may not easily climb inside.
1. The appliance has to be unplugged before carrying out user maintenance on the appliance.
2. This appliance can be used by children age 8 years and above and people with reduced physical
sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given
supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards
involved. Children should not play with the appliance. Cleaning and maintenance should not be
made by children without supervision.
3. If the component part is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or
similar qualied people in order to avoid a hazard.
4. Dispose the merchandiser according to local regulations, as the unit contains ammable blowing gas
and refrigerant.
5. Follow local regulations regarding disposal of the appliance, due to ammable refrigerant and
blowing gas. All refrigeration products contain refrigerants, which under the guidelines of federal law
must be removed before disposal. It is the consumer’s responsibility to comply with federal and local
regulations when disposing of this product.
6. This appliance is intended to be used in commercial and similar environments, such as:
• small kitchen areas in shops, marts, and other working environments;
• farm houses and by clients in hotels, motels and other residential type environments;
• bed and breakfast type environments;
• catering and similar retail applications.
7. DO NOT store or use gasoline or any inammable liquors and liquids inside or in the vicinity of
merchandiser.
8. DO NOT use an extension cord with this appliance. If the power cord is too short, have a qualied
electrician install an outlet near the appliance. Use of an extension can negatively affect the unit’s
performance.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
BEFORE USING YOUR MERCHANDISER
• Remove the exterior and interior packaging.
• Before connecting the merchandiser to the power source, let it stand upright for approximately 4
hours. This will reduce the possibility of a malfunction in the cooling system from improper handling
during transportation.
• Clean the interior surface with lukewarm water, using a soft cloth. (Refer to Cleaning Your
Merchandiser on page 11.)
INSTALLING YOUR MERCHANDISER
• This appliance is designed to be free standing only, and should not be recessed or built-in.
• Place your merchandiser on a oor that is strong enough to support the merchandiser when it is fully
loaded.
• Allow 5 inches of space between the back and sides of the merchandiser, which allows the proper air
ventilation. Adjust the feet to keep the merchandiser level.
• Locate the merchandiser away from direct sunlight and sources of heat (stove, heater, radiator, etc.).
Direct sunlight may affect the acrylic coating and heat sources may increase electrical consumption.
Ambient temperature below 60°F or above 77°F will hinder the performance of this appliance. This
unit is not designed for use in a garage or any other outside installation.
• Avoid installing the merchandiser in moist areas.
• Plug the merchandiser into dedicated, properly installed-grounded wall outlet. DO NOT under
any circumstances cut or remove the third (ground) prong from the power cord. Any questions
concerning power and/or grounding should be directed toward a certied electrician or an authorized
service center. This unit is not designed to be installed in an RV or used with an inverter.
• After plugging the appliance into a wall outlet, turn the unit on and allow the unit to cool down for 2~3
hours before placing food in the merchandiser.
ELECTRICAL CONNECTION
WARNING: Improper use of the grounding plug can result in the risk of electrical shock. If the power
cord is damaged, have it replaced by an authorized service center.
• This merchandiser should be properly grounded for your safety. The power cord of this merchandiser
is equipped with a three-prong plug which mates with standard three prong wall outlets to minimize
the possibility of electrical shock.
• DO NOT, under any circumstance, cut or remove the third ground prong from the power cord
supplied.
• This merchandiser requires a standard 115V~ / 60Hz electrical outlet with three-prong ground.
• This merchandiser is not designed to be used with an inverter.
• The cord should be secured behind the merchandiser and not left exposed or dangling to prevent
accidental injury.
• NEVER unplug the merchandiser by pulling the power cord. ALWAYS grip the plug rmly and pull
straight out from the receptacle.

• DO NOT use an extension cord with this appliance. If the power cord is too short, have a qualied
electrician or service technician install an outlet near the appliance. Use of an extension cord can
negatively affect the performance of the unit.

HANDLE INSTALLATION
This unit requires the handle to be installed on the glass door prior to use. If your refrigerator does not
have a handle on it, you will need to perform the following steps to install the handle:
1. Remove the handle from the packaging material.
2. Place the handle over the two screw locations
on the left side of the glass door. The mounting
screws are recessed inside the frame of the door.
(Refer to Figure 3.)
3. On the inside of the refrigerator door there are
two mounting screws directly behind the door
gasket. Without removing it completely, move
the rubber gasket to the side to expose the two
mounting screws. Use a Philips head screwdriver
to tighten the top mounting screw from the inside
of the door until the screw is secure. (Refer to
Figure 4.)
4. Repeat step (3) with the bottom mounting screw
until the handle is secure to the door.

OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS
CONTROL PANEL OPERATION
• It is recommended that your merchandiser operates in ambient temperatures between the ranges
of 60°F to 77°F. Operating your merchandiser outside this ambient temperature range can result in
your unit never reaching the desired interior temperature.
• Your merchandiser has one control for regulating the temperature. The temperature control is located
in the center of the front glass door.
• °F/°C Selection: You can have the temperature display to read in Fahrenheit or Celsius. To change
the temperature from Fahrenheit to Celsius or from Celsius to Fahrenheit, press and hold Light
Control Button (b) for 5 seconds.
• Setting the Temperature: Adjust the temperature using the Temperature Increase Button (c)
and Temperature Decrease Button (d). The temperature will increase by one degree every time
Temperature Increase Button (c) is pressed. The temperature will decrease by one degree every
time Temperature Decrease Button (d) is pressed. The temperature can be adjusted between
the ranges of 34°F to 43°F. The set temperature can be viewed at any time by pressing either
Temperature Increase Button (c) or Temperature Decrease Button (d). Pressing either button will
flash the set temperature for 5 seconds, followed by the temperature inside the unit in blue.
DOOR LOCK
Your merchandiser comes with a security door lock and keys. Inserting the key into the lock and turning
it in a counterclockwise direction will unlock the door. Turning the key in a clockwise direction will lock the
door. Ensure that the supplied keys are stored in a safe place.
DEFROSTING
Your merchandiser does not require any manual defrosting. The unit is equipped with an electronic
defrost cycle in which frost is melted through the compressor’s on and off-cycle. Frost will occasionally
form and melt on the evaporator plate. The melted water will drip down to a pan above the compressor
and evaporate away. Should ice buildup and fail to dissipate, increase the temperature of the unit.
