Thanks for buying this fog machine from O’FRESH. In order to help you correctly use it,
please read this user manual carefully before start the machine.
Safety Instruction
Please read this instruction carefully before any operation to avoid any danger and accident
The operator has to read and understand this instruction carefully
before any installation and operation. And has to follow the
install procedure, working procedure, safety precautions and
maintenance standard.
Please use the clean water. It's forbidden to use well water, river
water and any other dirty water. Once such dirty water is used,
the nozzles will be blocked, and pump life will be shorten or even
cause running problems.
Please check whether the wiring is exposed, whether any nut and
bolt is loose, and whether the each pipe is wrongly connected,
please adjust on time.
This product has self priming function, but there should don't
have air inside of the pump. Also, the water faucet connection
will be your first choice.
The spare parts of the fog machine, including water filter, pipe,
nozzle and so on, must use the original parts. Otherwise, it's very
easy to have water leakages, oil leakages and other problems.
When cleaning the spare parts and machine cover, the
non-corrosive safety solvent is required. All of the volatile,
flammable, explosive detergent is not allowed.
After running for some time, please check the pressure gage from
the machine(usually check per month), and make sure the
pressure is between 40bar to 70bar.
The water filter should be cleaned frequently to prevent the dirty
into the machine and nozzles and reduce product life.
The nozzles quantity and size should be in related range.
Otherwise, the pressure will not enough to supply the mist.
The nozzles are consumption goods, please change to new ones

once it's blocked.
Please check the voltage before turn on the power, this product
voltage should be lower than 240V.
When the motors has faults or any unsafe factors, please don't
force to run the machine. The power should be off and with
necessary reparation.
It's strictly forbidden to open any pump, machine inner pipes,
wire, machine valve and other related parts when the machine is
running.

Make sure there is no damage of the package;
Make sure the product model is correct;
Make sure the product color is correct;
Make sure the parts is same according to the packing list.
During running of the machine
Make sure the machine body and parts is no damage;
Make sure the power wire is no damage;
Make sure the water filter and nozzle is without any block;
Make sure the assembly and connection is correct;

Step 1: Install the inlet water system.

Step 2: Install the outlet high pressure pipe system.
A. Make the PA12 pipe round by Pencil sharpener(will easier for installation)
B. Install the pipe system according to your lay out design
Warning:
1). The connection pipe to the main machine must be soft to avoid any shaking, while the
left pipe can use PA, PE or SS pipe as customer want.
2). Maybe the L type, Tee type fitting is required according to your lay out design
(customer have to design by himself).
3). The Nozzle quantity should less than the Max quantity suggestion.

Step 3: Fill 40ml pump oil by syringe (5W-30 car engine oil for hot weather).
Step 4: Connector the inlet pipe to the faucet & machine. Push the air out of the
pump for 10~15 seconds
Step 5: Connector the inlet & outlet pipe to the machine.

Step 6: Make the machine working.
The faucet just open 1/3~1/2, Please don't open to max, because the machine just need a
little water
Step 7: Set the machine working pressure (Usually no need adjustment, the machine
already done by the factory).
Please adjust the pressure regulating valve, and make the machine working pressure
between 4Mpa to 7Mpa (The best working is at 5Mpa to 6Mpa)
Step 8: APP operation system as optional.

Step 9: Other touch key setting:

If you don't know how to use it,
there already with Instruction in
different languages
1. Power:
Shining when machine is not working and lamp on when machine is working;
2. Mode select: Choose machine working mode between "Nonstop Spraying" & "App
Mode" 2 modes;
3. Oil lamp reset: After every 300 hours, the "change oil" lamp will automatically on,
please change the oil and then touch this key for 5 seconds, the lamp will off;
4. Nonstop Spraying: Means machine will spray without any stop for 24 hours;
5. App Mode: Only when you choose this mode, the machine will follow your current
mobile setting;
6. Change oil: This lamp will automatically on after running 300 hours, it remind you to
change the pump oil, the lamp will off after you touch the "oil lamp reset'' for 5 seconds;
7. Water lack: Means the water is off. The machine will automatically stop.
