3.3 RECOMMENDED BRIQUETTES
OFYR®Tabl’O can only be used with briquettes. Various types of briquettes can be used with
OFYR®Tabl’O. We recommend using OFYR®Coconut Briquettes for the best cooking results.
OFYR®Coconut Briquettes are better for the environment, and better for your conscience.
• OFYR®Coconut Briquettes are produced from 100% natural waste
products from the coconut milk industry and thus protect
valuable forest and are CO2-neutral.
• Coconuts fall from the tree and do not have to be felled!
Fuel that inspires and saves money
• With OFYR®Coconut Briquettes you need much less coal to
achieve the same heat and grilling time as with ordinary charcoal.
• Due to the much higher calorific value and the innovative shape,
OFYR®Coconut Briquettes burn three times longer than charcoal.
• Low volatile components and a very high carbon content are
the basis for a clean and even glow at constant high heat.
• The OFYR®Coconut Briquettes remain dimensionally stable until
the last glow and can be easily rearranged even after many hours,
without the glowing coals decaying.

4.3 TEMPERATURE REGULATION
There are two factors you can influence to regulate the temperature of the cooking plate:
the airflow and the amount of briquettes.
High temperatures can cause discolouration or release of
coating on some parts of the grill. This is inevitable and will not
affect the performance of OFYR®Tabl’O.
1. To regulate the airflow: turn the inner container to open or close the air vents
in the outer container. Use the tool to turn the inner container to the desired position.
See chapter 4.2 Prepare for cooking, step 4 and 12.
2. To add or remove briquettes, use the Tool or OFYR®Gloves to lift the cooking plate.
Place the cooking plate back after you’ve placed the briquettes.
4.4 AFTER COOKING
After cooking, let OFYR® Tabl’O cool down and follow the steps described in chapter 5.2.
Never extinguish the fire with water.
Never throw glowing coals or hot ashes into the garbage.
Always make sure that the coals are extinguished and cold before
disposing of them.
4.5 TIPS AND TRICKS
• Always start with a well cleaned grill plate. Food rests from
previous sessions should be removed with a brush.
• Less OFYR®Coconut Briquettes can be used when grilling in
a smaller company or cooking for a shorter amount of time.
• Clean the cooking plate while it is still warm. Use a cloth to remove food rests.
Then, cut a lemon in half. Scrape it over the cooking surface to clean it.
• Fish and vegetables require more oil than fatty meats.
