1.Web Login
To start, you’ll have to power up your modem. Please ensure your computer or
network device is connected to the modem either by a LAN cable to the modem’s
Ethernet port or by a WiFi connection.
After your device obtained a DHCP IP address from the modem, open any Internet
browser e.g. Google Chrome or Microsoft Internet Explorer and type in the default
URL address http://10.1.1.254. A Web GUI page will appear as indicated in the
following visual:
Default Username: admin
Default Password: admin123

If the Login web page is not accessible:
Check the power at the modem. The “WiFi” and “Globe” LED should lit up.
Please check whether the LAN cable is attached properly or WiFi is activated.
Go to Windows Start -> Run, type “cmd” and press Enter. Type “ping
10.1.1.254” and check for reply.
Type “ipconfig” in Command Prompt to check if the modem’s IP is different
from the default setting or if there is an IP assignment conflict with different
device.
If Username or Password has been changed and they are forgotten:
Click the “FORGOT PASSWORD?” link at the Login web page as shown in
the visual below.
Follow the instructions that appear at the bottom of the web page.
Note: Factory default will also reset modem’s settings configured by user.

2.Dashboard
Once Login is successful, a Dashboard web page will appear as shown in the figure
below. The purpose of the Dashboard web page are:
To display the modem’s features overall main status.
Each section acts as the link to specific modem feature’s web page for more
detailed information, or to configure settings.
The table below describes the information shown in each Section of the Dashboard
page:

Operator Network
Mode: Current Radio Frequency access technology mode
of modem. Mode will be either “WiMAX” or “LTE”.
Operator:
WiMAX -> Base Station ID that the modem is connected
to.
LTE -> Public Land Mobile Network (PLMN) ID.
Signal: Bars representing received signal quality by the
modem.
5 bars -> strongest

1 bar -> weakest
Local Network
LAN IP Address: Modem LAN IP Address.
LAN Subnet Mask: Modem DHCP LAN Subnet Mask.
WAN IP Address: Modem WAN IP Address assigned by
Internet Service Provider.
WAN Subnet Mask: For Information only.
WiFi
Status: WiFi Modes status of the modem. If the colour of
the indicator is dark, the mode is OFF.
SSID: WiFi Service Set Identifier (SSID) under broadcast
by the modem. If the Key icon is shown, WiFi
authentication is turned ON.
VoIP
Line 1: If bulb ON, VoIP account at Line 1 is Registered.
Line 2: If bulb ON, VoIP account at Line 2 is Registered.
Firewall
Status: If bulb ON, Firewall is ON.
Management
Device Name: For Information only.
Monitoring
Device Up Time: Time duration since modem ispowered
on.
Uplink Data Rate: Current Uplink data rate in
kilobit/second (kbps).
Downlink Data Rate: Current Downlink data rate in
kilobit/second (kbps).
About
Service Provider: P1 (PacketOne).
Firmware Version: Current firmware version of the
modem.

3.Operator Network
The Operator Network web page shows status of Radio Frequency (RF) access
technology parameters. This could be either WiMAX or LTE depending on which
mode the modem is connected to.
Status
General Information
State
Status of the modem connectivity to WiMAX/LTE.
Network Operator
For WiMAX -> Base Station ID that the modem is
connected to.
For LTE -> Public Land Mobile Network (PLMN) ID.
Technology
Current RF access technology mode of the modem.
Mode is either “WiMAX” or “LTE”.

Connection Time
Time duration of the current connectivity session since
modem start connecting to either WiMAX or LTE
network.
Signal Strength
The signal strength of the WiMAX/LTE RF channel the
modem is connected to.
Link Quality
The signal quality of the WiMAX/LTE RF channel the
modem is connected to.
WiMAX Information
State
WiMAX operation status.
Security
WiMAX authentication status.
RSSI
Equivalent to “Signal Strength” in General Information.
CINR
Equivalent to “Link Quality” in General Information.
Tx Power
WiMAX RF power transmitted from the modem to the
Base Station.
BSID
Equivalent to “Network Operator” in General Information.

Bandwidth
WiMAX RF channel bandwidth.
Center Frequency
WiMAX RF channel frequency the modem is connected
to.
LTE Information
State
LTE operation status.
DL Frequency
LTE Downlink RF channel frequency the modem is
connected to.
UL Frequency
LTE Uplink RF channel frequency the modem is
connected to.
SINR
Equivalent to “Link Quality” in General Information.
RSRP
Reference Signal Received Power. LTE measurement of
signal strength received by the modem.
ECI
E-UTRAN Cell Identifier. Derived from eNodeB ID and
Cell ID.
eNodeB ID
Identifier of the eNodeB that the modem is connected to.

Cell ID
Identifier of the Cell within the eNodeB that the modem is
connected to.
WiMAX TX & UpLink Status (LTE)
Data Rate
Current Transmit data rate in kilobit/second (kbps).
Tx Bytes
Amount of data traffic transmitted from the modem during
current connection session in bytes.
Packets
Amount of IP packet transmitted from the modem during
current connection session.
WiMAX RX & DownLink Status (LTE)
Data Rate
Current Received data rate in kilobit/second (kbps).
Rx Bytes
Amount of data traffic received by the modem during
current connection session in bytes.
Packets
Amount of IP packet received by the modem during
current connection session.
