Introduction
Thank you for purchasing a Pantheon Catering Equip ent product.
In this booklet you will find instructions for safe operation so please
read carefully and retain for future reference. The pizza oven boasts
such features including: an inner hollow plate ensuring perfect pizza
taste, independent te perature control of each deck and solid
construction for reliable durability.
Warnings and Precautions
The following warnings and precautions are i portant and ust be
observed:
•High te peratures can cause burns. When this achine is in
use and shortly before or after use, take care not to touch the
door and the inside of this achine directly to avoid risk of
burns.
•Ensure the voltage require ent of the appliance is consistent
with that of the power supply.
•Refrain fro using sharp objects within the oven, to avoid
unnecessary da age and scratches.
•If the power cord beco es da aged, to avoid accidents, seek
the help of a qualified engineer.
•Do not open the oven door to take food out while the oven is
switched on to avoid accidents. (Please do this only after
switching off the power).
•Ensure there are no fla able products in the vicinity of where
the oven will be used.
•Ensure there are no obstructions in front of the oven, which ay
restrict the ove ent of the oven doors.

Operating Instructions
1. Ensure the product is turned on, the set the desired
te perature using the te perature knob.
2. When the te perature reaches the required level, open the
door and place the pizza into the cha ber to cook.
3. When the pizza is cooked, it is advised firstly to turn the oven
off, before re oving the pizza.
4. After all cooking is finished, please turn off the power switch
and cut off the power supply.
Maintenance
Cleaning
Prior to cleaning, ensure the unit is turned off and disconnected fro
the power supply. Only use a da p cloth to clean the relevant sections
of the oven, ensuring to avoid any corrosive cleaners or harsh
che icals.
Troubleshooting
