WARNING
1. This product is not waterproof and should be placed in a dry and ventilated environment.
2. Avoid using this product outdoors during rainy days or in harsh environments such as lightning strike, dust, fog,
snow and ice, hail, strong wind and low temperature.
3. Do not place the device in an unstable place.
4. Do not put any objects in this product, or liquid containers on it.
5. Do not expose this product to water, properly connect plug to electricity outlet on wall to prevent short circuit
6. During thunderstorms or lightning strikes, unplug the power plug and antenna to avoid product damage.
7. Do not place this product near a radiator or other heat source products.
8. The power supply on the socket should not be overloaded to prevent electric shock or fire.
9. Wipe the device with a dry soft cloth (free of volatile substances) to remove dirt or dust
10. When cleaning the equipment, please unplug the power cord first to ensure that the machine is in a power
off state mode.
11. Please read the instructions carefully before inserting TF card /U disk to avoid damage to the machine.
12. Do not squeeze the power cord, especially the power plug and the connection between the power cord and the
product.
13. Please contact an electrical technician to repair this product to avoid high voltage impact or other dangers.
14. Disconnect the power supply of all devices before you plug or remove all cables. Do not work in the boot state.
15. The power plug should be fully inserted into the socket, if not fully inserted into the socket, it will cause fire due
to heat.
16. Hide the power switch of this product to
prevent children from touching it to eliminate possible electric shock
17. If this product is not operating for long periods of time, please unplug the power supply.
18. Do not block the ventilation, heat dissipation and sound insulation holes of this product.

Keep gadgets away from children to prevent them from swallowing.
If not used for a long time, please turn off the device and unplug the power plug.
When adjusting the device position, disconnect all power cables and move them slowly to avoid tipping.
No scraping, patting, twisting or squeezing with hard objects.
When the unit moves from a low temperature state to a high temperature state, do not start the unit
immediately to eliminate condensation from damaging this product.
Remove the power plug before cleaning the device. Wipe with a clean soft cloth; Do not use industrial chemicals;
Prevent foreign matter from entering the machine. Improper cleaning (such as cleaning liquid, water) can
damage the product, erase the printed information. The inflow of liquid can cause parts damage,
leading to machine failure.
If the same screen is displayed for a long time, or the mobile screen has a fixed text or icon, the shadow may
be left on the screen, which will not disappear after the power off; This is normal and not covered by the
warranty.
If the LCD breaks and liquid spills onto your skin, rinse immediately with water for 15 minutes and consult your
doctor.
When holding the device, hold the backpack or case tightly. Do not apply pressure to the panel.
Proper use of equipment: use under proper lighting conditions; Poor light or prolonged viewing can damage
your eyesight.
Please insert the plug correctly into the socket to prevent sparks and fire to occur.

Basic operation
Power on/off
1. Plug the 110V/220V AC power supply into the power socket of the device.
2. If the screen of the device is not lit, please use the remote control to start it or press the power start button on
the device.
3. If you want to stop the machine temporarily, please use the standby button on the remote control or touch the
standby button on the Windows system interface of the device.
Memory before shutdown
The setting of image and sound before the device is turned on and the preset channel will be remembered after
the device is turned off. After the device is turned on again, it will work according to the state set before the device
is turned off.
* such as using the PC signal source, please focus your PC graphics resolution to set the following pattern:
(1920 x1080/60 Hz, 1280 x 1024/60 Hz, 1024 x 768/60 Hz, 800 x 600/60 Hz, 640 x 480/60 Hz).
Note: If you have any questions about the operation, switch and connection of the equipment, please contact
us; If the equipment does not work properly, please cut off the power immediately and consult us. This device is a

Take out the power adapter cable and check whether the cable on the base is firmly inserted. Then, insert the
power adapter cable into the switch port on the back and the other end into the 110V/220V socket.

Take out the Wi-Fi cable, find the Wi-Fi port in the upper port position, insert the Wi-Fi antenna and tighten it, and
connect the network in the lower right corner of the Windows system interface.
Open any image in Windows, use the drawing tool to write, and use your finger or stylus pen to write at the
same time. Up to 10 points can be written simultaneously.

5. Switch off the screen and start in standby mode

Standby Mode
Before contacting our service department, please do the following checks. If the problem still cannot be
solved according to the following instructions, please note down the device model and serial number and contact
us.
No sound or pictures
1、Check whether the power cable is connected to the socket and whether the socket is energized.
2、 Check that you have pressed the power switch on the panel.
3、 Check screen brightness and contrast Settings.
The picture is normal but there is no sound
1、 Check the volume Settings.
2、 Check whether the mute button of the remote control is pressed.
No picture or image black and white
1、 Adjust colour Settings.
2、 Check the colour system.
3、 Check the sound format.
Sound and image interference
1、 Locate device thats causing frequency interference and keep it away from the device.
2、 Plug the device thats causing interference into a different outlet.
Blurred or distorted picture
1、 Check your antenna orientation, position, and connection.
The remote control doesn't work
1、 Replace the battery of the remote control.
2、 Clean the infrared window of the remote control.
3、 Check the battery contacts.
