Safety warnings
Read the warnings below carefully before putting the device into
operation.
• Keep the device in a clean and well-ventilated environment,
at least 100 mm away from the wall or other objects. During
operation, the surface temperature of the device could
reach 50°C.
• Do not open the device housing to avoid the risk of short
circuit.
• Do not spill liquid on the device. Risk of short circuit.
• Do not store or use the device in the following conditions: in
spaces with flammable or corrosive gases, in spaces with a lot
of dust, in spaces where the temperature exceeds + 40°C or
drops below -10°C and the humidity exceeds 90%, under
sunight or near heat sources.
• Do not allow children to get close the voltage stabilizer.
• The stabilizer must be supplied from a grounded source.
• In case of fire, do not use water but only fire extinguishers.
• Do not connect consumers with loads that exceed the power
of the stabilizer. For example, motor/compressor electronics
can start 2-6 times more than the declared power. Choose
the stabilizer, taking this into account.
• In the nominal voltage range ± 25% 50/60Hz, the stabilizer
oers 100% power on the output. Outside this range, the
output power should be according to the diagram below:

Functions
Time-delay
With the stabilizer on/o button in the OFF position, press the
DELAY button to activate the 180 second output delay. Move
the stabilizer on/o button to the ON position. The DELAY
indicator LED turns on, the NORMAL green LED is o. On the
right side of the screen (OUTPUT) a timer will be displayed that
will countdown from 180 to 0. At the end of the countdown, the
output voltage will be displayed on the screen, the DELAY LED
will turn o and the LED NORMAL will turn on. The stabilizer
enters the normal operating state.
This function protects devices such as the refrigerator or
compressor from being damaged due to frequent starts/stops.
If the DELAY button is in OFF position when the stabilizer is
started, the default delay is 6 seconds.

Automatic overvoltage and undervoltage
protection
When the output voltage is less than 180V or higher than 250V,
the stabilizer will cut o the output voltage. The HIGH/LOW
LED indicator will turn on.
When the input voltage returns to normal, the stabilizer will
reactivate the output voltage according to the set delay.
Overload/overtemperature protection
The stabilizer has a special circuit that oers protection in case of
overload or overtemperature. When the indoor temperature
exceeds the factory default value, the stabilizer will cut o the
input voltage and turn o.
Automatic adaptation to the input frequency
Thanks to an integrated system controlled by a micro-computer,
the stabilizer automatically identifies the input frequency (50Hz
or 60Hz) and adapts to it to meet the output voltage needs.

Installation instructions
• Turn o the device to be powered by the stabilizer (eg
computer, fan, etc.), unplug the power cord from the wall
outlet, and insert it into the Schuko sockets on the stabilizer.
Note: The starting power of the connected device must not exceed
the rated power of the stabilizer.
• Insert the stabilizer power cord into the wall outlet.
• Press the DELAY button to activate the Time-delay
function at 180 seconds. Details on page 4.
• After the green LED lights up, turn on the connected device
(computer, fan, etc.)
Maintenance
To ensure optimal operation for a long period of time, follow the
instructions below:
• do not block the stabilizer vents
• Periodically clean the stabilizer housing
• Check the input and output cables if they are properly
connected and if they are in good condition
• Check that the stabilizer has no condensation on the
housing.
Troubleshooting
If you think that the stabilizer is not working properly, call a
specialist service center.
