Installation
1. Position the webcam above the monitor, with
the lens facing its screen.
2. Tilt the webcam and its support according to
your needs.
3. Connect the USB cable of the webcam to the
USB port of the computer.
Notes:
• PNI CW2850 webcam is plug & play and does not
require the installation of a driver.
• PNI CW2850 webcam is compatible with various
chat and video conferencing platforms.
• If your application does not automatically
identify the newly connected camera, access the

application’s audio and video settings menu and
select “PNI HD 4MP WEBCAM” from the list of
available cameras.
Additional settings
For additional settings, download the Potplayer
application (https://potplayer.en.softonic.com).
Open Potplayer application and go to the main
menu - Open - Device settings - Webcam.
Selectyourwebcam“PNIHD4MPWEBCAM“and
set the recording resolution, the video format and
the FPS value. For example: MJPG 2560x1440P

Troubleshooting
• Whycan’tIseetheimagestakenbythewebcam?
Check that the camera indicator light is on.
Change the USB port where you connected the
webcam.
• Why the image is dierent?
Make sure that in the application you are in, you
have selected your webcam.
• Why doesthe softwareshow1280x720Pinstead
of 2560x1440P?
Some software does not support full HD resolution
and automatically selects the compatible resolution.

Installation
1. Positionieren Sie die Webcam über dem
Monitor, wobei das Objektiv auf den Bildschirm
zeigt.
2. Kippen Sie die Webcam und ihren Support
entsprechend Ihren Anforderungen.
3. Schließen Sie das USB-Kabel der Webcam an
den USB-Anschluss des Computers an.
Anmerkungen:
•Die PNI CW2850-Webcam ist Plug & Play und
erfordert keine Installation eines Treibers.
•Die PNI CW2850-Webcam ist mit verschiedenen
Chat- und Videokonferenzplattformen kompatibel.
•Wenn Ihre Anwendung die neu angeschlossene

Kamera nicht automatisch erkennt, rufen Sie das
Audio- und Videoeinstellungsmenü der Anwendung
auf und wählen Sie “PNI HD 4MP WEBCAM” aus
der Liste der verfügbaren Kameras.
Zusätzliche Einstellungen
Laden Sie für zusätzliche Einstellungen die
Potplayer-Anwendung herunter (https://potplayer.
en.softonic.com).
Önen Sie die Potplayer-Anwendung und gehen
Sie zum Hauptmenü - Open - Device settings -
Webcam. Wählen Sie Ihre Webcam „PNI HD 4MP
WEBCAM“ und stellen Sie die Aufnahmeauflösung,
das Videoformat und den FPS-Wert ein. Zum
Beispiel: MJPG 2560x1440P 30.

Fehlerbehebung
•Warum kann ich die von der Webcam
aufgenommenen Bilder nicht sehen?
Überprüfen Sie, ob die Kamera-Anzeigelampe
leuchtet. Ändern Sie den USB-Anschluss, an den
Sie die Webcam angeschlossen haben.
• Warum ist das Bild anders?
Stellen Sie sicher, dass Sie in der Anwendung, in der
Sie sich befinden, Ihre Webcam ausgewählt haben.
•Warum zeigt die Software 1280x720P anstelle
von 2560x1440P an?
Einige Software unterstützt keine Full-HD-
Auflösung und wählt automatisch die kompatible
