SAFETY WARNINGS
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should
always be followed including the following:
1. Read all instructions carefully before you use the appliance.
2. Unplug the appliance from the mains supply when not in use,
when removing or attaching attachments, and before cleaning
any part of the appliance.
3. This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and
above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have
been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the
appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user
maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play
with the appliance.
4. If the mains cable is damaged it must be replaced by the
manufacturer, its service agent, or similarly qualified persons in
order to avoid a hazard.
5. Care shall be taken when handling the sharp cutting blades,
emptying the bowl and during cleaning.
6. Switch off the appliance before changing accessories or
approaching parts which move in use.
7. This appliance is for household use only. Do not use it for
professional catering.
8. Do not use the appliance for any purpose not expressly specified
in this manual.
9. Before using this appliance ensure that the voltage of your
electricity supply is the same as that indicated on the rating
plate of the appliance.
10.Do not operate the appliance with a damaged mains cable or
mains plug or after the appliance or any attachment has been

damaged. Seek qualified technicians for assistance.
11.Do not immerse the motor unit or the mains cable or plug in
liquids.
12.Do not operate the appliance with wet hands.
13.Never blend or mix hot oil and fat. Please follow the processing
guide.
14.Ensure that the mains cable does not touch any hot surface and
that it does not overhang the edge of your work surface.
15.Do not use the appliance outdoors.
16.Blades are sharp. Handle carefully.
17.Never touch the blades while the appliance is plugged in.
18.Do not continuously operate the appliance too long. The motor
may overheat. If the surface of the appliance has been very hot,
it may need time to cool down.
19.The continuous operating time without the load must be less
than 15 seconds when using appliance, furthermore, do not
use the appliance to mix too hard ingredients.
20.Do not exceed the quantities and maximum time indicated in
the operation guidelines or processing guide.
21.Take the attachments off before cleaning.
22.Do not use attachments or accessories which are not
recommended by the manufacturer. They may cause
malfunction or injury.
23.Do not place your hand in the blender jug. The sharp blade may
cause injury.
24.Never insert any hard object or implement into the blender jug
when it is operating. This may cause damage to the appliance
and personal injury.

PRODUCT OVERVIEW
OPERATION GUIDELINES
Caution: Blades are sharp. Handle carefully.
Before using for the first time.
• Remove all packaging.
TO USE THE HAND BLENDER
• Clean the blender shaft and the beaker.
• Fit the power handle inside the blender shaft, turn and lock
until you hear a slight click. The marks on the power handle and
blender shaft should now be aligned with each other. If this is
the case, the blender shaft is locked correctly.
• Check and make sure the power cable is not damaged.
• Make sure your electricity supply is the same as the one shown
on the power handle.
• Put the food into the beaker (not more than the maximum
indicated level).
• Plug in, hold the power handle steady. Switch the appliance on
by pressing the switch button or the turbo button.

• Immerse the blade guard completely in the ingredients.
• Blend the ingredients by moving the appliance slowly up and
down and in circles.
• After you have completed blending, Release the switch button,
then unplug from the power outlet.
Warning: The continuous operating time must be less than 60
seconds. Never blend hot oil, fat or meat.
• If your blender gets blocked, first stop and unplug before
clearing.
• After use, unplug and dismantle
• Always switch off and unplug before cleaning. Refer to the
instructions in the “care and cleaning” section.
TO USE THE WHISK
• Clean the whisk and beaker.
• Insert the whisk into the whisk head until you hear a slight click.
• Fit the power handle inside the whisk, turn and lock until you
hear a slight click. The marks on the power handle and the
whisk head should now be aligned with each other. If this is the
case, the whisk is locked correctly.
• Check that the power cable is not damaged.
• Make sure your electricity supply is the same as the one shown
on the power handle.
• Put the food into the beaker (not more than the maximum
indicated level).
• Plug in; hold the power handle steady. Switch the appliance on
by pressing the switch button or the turbo button.
• To prevent splashing, use the Low speed to mixing when
starting.
• Immerse the whisk completely in the ingredients.
• Whisk the ingredients by moving the appliance slowly up and

down and in circles.
• After you have completed whisking, release the switch button,
then unplug from the power outlet.
• Warning: The continuous operating time must be less than 3
minutes. Never whisk hot oil, fat or meat.
• If your whisk gets blocked, first stop and unplug before
clearing.
• After use, unplug and dismantle
• Always switch off and unplug before cleaning. Please refer to
the instruction in the “care and cleaning”.
THE HAND BLENDER
• Blends fluids e.g. dairy products, sauces, fruit juices, soups,
mixed drinks and shakes.
• Mixes soft ingredients, e.g. pancake batter or mayonnaise.
• Purees cooked ingredients, e.g. for making baby food.
THE WHISK
• Beats egg whites and cream.

CLEANING
• Always switch off and unplug before cleaning.
• Take the attachments off.
• Don't touch the sharp blades.
Caution: Take care when cleaning the blades as they are extremely
sharp.
Note: Do not clean any part of the blender in the dishwasher.
THE POWER HANDLE AND POWER CABLE
• Wipe with a damp cloth, then dry.
• Never immerse in water or other liquid or use abrasives.
The beaker
The beaker can be washed in water with cleaning agent.
• Wash and rinse thoroughly with water, then dry.
THE BLENDER SHAFT
• Detach,let it cool down.
• The shaft can be washed in water with cleaning agent.
• Wash and rinse thoroughly with water, then dry.
THE WHISK
• Detach, let it cool down.
• The head of whisk can only be wiped with a damp cloth, then
dry.
• Never wash and rinse in water or use abrasives.
• The other part of the whisk can be washed in water with a
cleaning agent.
• Wash and rinse thoroughly with water, then dry.
STORAGE
• Store in a cool, dry and ventilated place.
WARNING
• Any other servicing should be performed by an authorized
service representative.
