This is a feature to reset all data, and when you select the reset option, you will get a confirmation dialogue box after that you need to click on “Yes” to reset the
watch. After a reset, you need to re-connect the watch with the mobile app before use.
Important: All the saved data/stats will be erased from the smartwatch.

Backlight Time - You can change the time of automatic display off from here.
Go Back Time - As the watch will get off or the display will get off and when you will ON the watch again then the same page will open.
A) Home: You can see the Target Goal here. Also can get distance, calories & Goal data. By clicking on the Steps you can check the complete summary details.
1. Health Report - To get the health assessment report need to click on Reevaluate and then fill in the required details. And you can get your Health Index here. BMI &
Body Fat rate can be also seen here.
2. Healthy Habits - There are many healthy habits already given in the app. You can add that and can take follow up of it by doing a routine check-up by marking the
system in the app.
B) Sports: You will find a Sports page in the app. There you will find 3 options that are Walk, Run & Riding. Choose any 1 sport and start and then you will get GPS on
the page.
Also, you will get score of Average Pace, Total time & Heat consumption. You need to log in to the pTron Fit+ App; otherwise, GPS will not be shown.
C) Setting: From here you can bind the device with the app. You can check the connected watch name here and can also get the version here.
1. Wrist Sense - There you will find the wrist-sense option. You can enable or disable that option. If you enable the option, you can activate the watch screen via wrist
movement.
Also, there is a starting and ending time for this option. We can adjust this as per our convenience.
2. Alarm: You can set alarm time as you wish. Total 8 alarms can be set in a single time. The watch will vibrate to remind you that the alarm is ringing,
3. Sedentary Reminder: Just click on this Sedentary Reminder and there you can adjust this reminder as per your requirement.
Note: You can turn on/off this feature via the App. By default, the starting time is 08:00 and the ending time is 22:00.
4. Find: When you click on this option, the watch will vibrate, You will receive a Stop icon on the watch screen after clicking on this Find option.
5. Notification Setting : Calls Remind, SMS Remind, We Chat Remind, QQ Remind, Facebook, Twitter, Line, Whatsapp, Instagram, etc. You need to enable these
options from here to receive messages, calls, and notifications from the social media platform you want.
6. Frequent Contacts: Can save 8 contacts here.
7. Dial Setting : Can change the wallpaper/watch faces from here. You can also select wallpaper fom your mobile Gallery.
8. Reset Device :You can reset smartwatch through this function.
9. Remove :All data will be deleted and the connected device will also be removed.
10. Other : You can control the watch's vibration function, You can turn on or off vibration from this option
11. OTA Upgarde: If there is any update then can be checked and updated from here.
12. Background Setting: The mobile phone brand which is connected with the app will show here. Need to open the given permissions in the App, safe & effective to
prevent the App from being misunderstood.
