1. SAFETY INFORMATION
Before using this electrical appliance, read the instructions
below and keep these instructions for future reference:
1. Disconnect the mains cable once you stop using
the appliance and before cleaning, maintenance or
setting up any accessories.
2. Switch off the appliance and disconnect from supply
before changing accessories or approaching parts
that move in use.
3. Do not submerge the appliance motor unit, mains
cable or plug in water or any other liquid.
4. Handle the blades carefully as they are very sharp
and can cause injury.
5. Handle the blades with special care when removing
themfromthecontainer,whenemptyingthecontainer,
and when cleaning.
6. Place the appliance on a at surface or on a table.
Do not turn over while in use.
7. Before rst use, wash all accessories in warm, soapy
water. Carefully rinse and dry.
8. Before connecting the appliance to a wall socket,
ensure that the local electrical current matches the
one specied on the appliance’s nameplate.
9. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced
by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly
qualied persons in order to avoid a hazard.
10. Appliances can be used by persons with reduced

3. USE
Before rst use, wash the blade(5) and the container(6) in warm, soapy water or in the dishwasher.
1. Place the container on a kitchen top or other at surface, then slide the blade onto its axis in the
container. The blade is very sharp; do not touch it.
2. Place dry food in the container. Do not ll the container above the «MAX» level. (see table of
preparation tips below),
3. Place the motor unit (2) on the top of the container.
4. Press rmly on the motor unit with one hand, hold down the Pulse button (1) with the other hand
to chop the food.
Note: Avoid running the motor for more than 30 seconds straight.
5. Wait for the blade to stop completely and unplug the appliance. Lift the motor unit, then carefully
remove the blade. Empty the container. Do not use the container to store food.
TYPE OF FOOD PREPARATION TIPS
Fresh, toasted or stale bread. Maximum 1 single slice, cut into small pieces.
Fruits and vegetables, parsley
and other leafy herbs, nuts,
sweet or savoury biscuits,
chocolate squares or chips.
Maximum 120g of drained fruits/vegetables; chop in
30-second sequences interspersed with a 1-minute pause
until the desired consistency is obtained.
4. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Always unplug the appliance before cleaning.
The container and the blade should be washed immediately after use, in warm, soapy water or in
the dishwasher.
Clean the motor unit by rubbing it with a damp cloth. Do not place it in water.
Note: Do not use chemicals, glass or steel wool, or abrasive cleaners to clean the appliance.
5. WARRANTYANDLIMITATIONSOFLIABILITY
This product is guaranteed for a period of 36 months (including the legal guarantee of 24 months
as dened by local law as well as a commercial guarantee of 12 additional months offered by the
brand) from the date of purchase, against any failure resulting from a manufacturing or material
defect.

This guarantee does not cover damage resulting from a faulty installation, incorrect use, or normal
wear and tear.More specically, the guarantee does not cover:
■ Damage or problems caused by incorrect use, accidents, modications or an electrical con-
nection with the wrong current or voltage.
■ Products that have been modied or whose tamper evident seal or serial number has been
damaged, altered,removed or rusted.
■Replaceable batteries and accessories are guaranteed for 6 months.
■Battery failure, as a result of over-charging or non-compliance with the safety instructions set
out in the manual
■Cosmetic damage, including scratches, bumps and any other element.
■Damage caused by any servicing operations carried out by non-authorised persons.
■Faults caused by normal wear and tear or the normal ageing of the product
■Software updates as a consequence of changes to network settings
■Product failure resulting from the use of third party software to modify, change or adapt the
product as supplied
■Product failure resulting from its use without manufacturer-approved accessories
■Rusted products.
The manufacturer is not liable for the loss of data stored on the hard drive. Similarly, the manufac-
turer is not required to check that SIM/SD cards have been removed from returned products.
Repaired or replaced products may include new and/or repackaged hardware and components.
IMPLEMENTATION METHODS
To make a claim under the guarantee, please return your product to the reception desk of your local
sales outlet with the proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, etc.) of the product and accessories sup-
plied, along with the original packaging.
The following information will be required: date of purchase, model and serial or IMEI number (this
information generally features on the product, the packaging or proof of purchase).
Failing this, you must return the product with all accessories needed for it to work properly (power
cable, adapter etc.).
If your product is covered by the guarantee, the after-sales service will (within the bounds of the
local legislation):
■Repair or replace the faulty parts
■Exchange the returned product with a product which has the same features or better and is
equivalent in terms of performance.
■Refund the product at the price stated on the proof of purchase.
In the case of a repair covered by the guarantee, your guarantee period will be extended by 6
months. This period cannot be combined in the event of repeated failures.

3. UTILISATION
Avant la première utilisation, lavez la lame (5) et le bol (6) à l’eau chaude et savonneuse ou au
lave-vaisselle.
1. Placez le récipient sur un plan de cuisine ou autre surface plane, puis enlez la lame sur son
axe situé dans le récipient. La lame est très coupante; ne la touchez pas.
2. lacez les aliments secs dans le bol. Ne remplissez pas le récipient au-delà du niveau « MAX »
(voir le tableau des conseils de préparation ci-dessous).
3. Placez le bloc-moteur (2) au-dessus du bol.
4. Appuyez fermement sur le bloc-moteur d’une main en maintenant enfoncé le bouton Pulse (1)
de l’autre main pour broyer les aliments.
Remarque : Évitez de faire tourner le moteur pendant plus de 30 secondes d’aflée.
5. Attendez que la lame soit complètement immobile et débranchez l’appareil. Soulevez le bloc-
moteur, puis retirez soigneusement la lame. Videz le bol. N’utilisez pas le bol pour conserver
des aliments.
