About This Guide
This guide provides information on the QNAP KoiBot and step-by-step instructions on installing the hardware
and configuring the system settings. It also provides instructions on basic operations and major tasks.
Audience
This document is intended for KoiBot administrators and device users. This guide assumes that the user has
a basic understanding of consumer electronics.

2. Overview
About KoiBot
KoiBot is a smart assistant robot that enables you to perform tasks and access services using the
touchscreen or voice commands.
You can make video calls, take photos, record videos, set alarms, and host video conferences. You can also
view and share media files in the KoiBot album.
About KoiCode
KoiCode is a unique 8-digit number that identifies a KoiBot device or user and enables you to retrieve data
associated with the device or user.
You can find the KoiBot's KoiCode and QR code in Settings > About > KoiCode .
Hardware Specifications
Important
Modifying the hardware or software of your QNAP product invalidates the warranty. QNAP
is not responsible for any damage or data loss caused by unauthorized modifications and
installation of unsupported third-party applications.
