Validation symbol: Indicates that Soldi Smart is
ready to use. It also confirms the authenticity of a
banknote.
ON/OFF switch: To switch ON and OFF.
Warning symbol: The blinking red light indicates
that the tested banknote is suspicious. It is
constantly on during update modus.

Start-up
Note: All sensors are covered with a security stripe. Before first use, remove security stripe by
opening cover.
Connect Soldi Smart using the mains cable (after removing security stripe and closing the cover).
Please clean all sensors frequently to ensure a trouble-free operation.

Operation
Switch ON and OFF
To switch on, press ON/OFF as long as an acoustic signal arises. The device starts a self-test
automatically. Banknote can be inserted when the green indicator is constant.
Insert banknote
Place banknote on feeder: the device starts up automatically and pulls in banknote.
False or suspect note
An acoustic signal arises and the red warning symbol blinks in case of a false or suspect note.
Suspect notes are automatically ejected to the rear.
Identify installed software
After being switched off, press ON/OFF until the red warning symbol appears. The red light is
constant and the green indicator will blink once, twice, three times or more depending on the
software version, which corresponds to the number of green signals. The Soldi Smart will switch
off automatically. Also note that the update cable should not be connected!
Software update
Switch off device and connect it to your PC. Press ON/OFF until the red indicator is on.

Banknoten.

Inbetriebnahme
Hinweis: Entfernen Sie den Sicherheitsstreifen vor der ersten Benutzung, indem Sie die Oberseite
des Gerätes nach hinten klappen.
Schließen Sie das Banknotenprüfgerät an die Stromversorgung an, nachdem Sie die Oberseite
geschlossen haben.
Um die Funktionalität des Soldi Smart zu gewährleisten, reinigen Sie die Sensoren bitte in regel-
mäßigen Abständen.

Bedienung
Gerät ein- und ausschalten
Zum Einschalten betätigen Sie die ON/OFF-Taste des Soldi Smart solange, bis ein akustisches
Signal ertönt. Das Gerät beginnt automatisch mit dem Selbsttest. Leuchtet das Bestätigungssym-
bol dauerhaft grün, können Sie mit der Prüfung beginnen.
Banknote einlegen
Legen Sie die zu prüfende Banknote in den Einzug. Das Gerät startet den Prüfvorgang automa-
tisch und zieht die Banknote ein.
Falsche oder verdächtige Banknoten
Bei einer falschen oder verdächtigen Banknote ertönt ein akustisches Signal und das Warnsym-
bol blinkt rot. Die Banknote wird nach hinten ausgegeben.
Installierte Gerätesoftware ermitteln
Drücken Sie die ON/OFF-Taste im ausgeschalteten Zustand dauerhaft, bis das rote Warnsym-
bol aufleuchtet. Die aktuelle Version entspricht der Anzahl der grünen Leuchtsignale. Das Gerät
schaltet sich anschließend automatisch aus. Während des Vorgangs darf das Updatekabel nicht
angeschlossen sein.
Softwareupdate durchführen
Um in den Updatemodus zu gelangen, schließen Sie das ausgeschaltete Gerät an den PC an.
Drücken Sie anschließend so lange die ON/OFF-Taste, bis das rote Warnsymbol aufleuchtet.

Inizio
Nota: Rimuovere la protezione prima di usarlo, sollevando il coperchio.
Dopo aver rimosso l’adesivo, chiudere il coperchio, collegare l’adattatore alla presa e poi lo
spinotto al rilevatore.
Vi raccomandiamo fortemente di pulire regolarmente i sensori per un funzionamento corretto.

Funzione
Accensione ON / OFF
Per accendere tenere premuto il tasto ON/OFF finché non avverte un segnale acustico. Subito
dopo, la macchina effettua un‘auto-test. La verifica delle banconote può iniziare, quando la spia
verde è accesa e costante.
Inserire le banconote
Inserire la banconota nell’apertura davanti, automaticamente la macchina parte e tira dentro la
banconota per la verifica.
Banconote false o sospette
Un segnale acustico e visivo con accensione della spia rossa vi informa che la banconota è sos-
petta e la banconota viene espulsa posteriormente.
Identificazione del software installato
A macchina spenta, tenere premuto il tasto ON/OFF finché la spia rossa si accende.
La versione del software installato corrisponde alla quantità dei segnali della spia verde. Dopo di
questo la macchina si spegne da sola.
Nota bene: Non collegare il cavo di aggiornamento per questa operazione.
Aggiornamento del software
Per aggiornare il software, collegare la macchina spenta al PC, poi accenderla e tenere premu-
to il tasto ON/OFF finché la spia rossa è accesa in modo permanente. Ulteriori informazioni e

Symbole de validation : Indique que le Soldi Smart

Mise en marche
Note: Avant le premier usage, enlevez la bande de protection en relevant la coque plastique.
Connectez le détecteur à l‘alimentation après avoir fermé la coque plastique.
Nous vous recommandons de nettoyer régulièrement les capteurs pour éviter toute panne.
