I. Overview
1.1 What is the Reach Bee3 PLUS?
The reach Bee3 PLUS recording processor is integrated with recording, live play and
sharing, dual recording of two screens, automatic switching between pictures (single
picture, picture-in-picture and picture-out-picture) and lectures, and the ability to
upload recorded content to platforms such as Wowza, Youtube, Facebook, etc. It is a
favored product by many people for its convenient and simple ease of use.

2: Zone for recording: the buttons from top to bottom are Record, Stop, Stream and
Play.
3: Zone for controlling: the buttons from left to right are Lock screen, 5 different layout
options and the Setting Menu.

III. Quickstart
3.1 Recording
Start recording: Click the “Record” button on the main interface to start
recording.
Stop recording: Click the “Stop” button on the main interface to stop recording.
Recording time: Keep track of the length of recording with the feature at
upper right corner of the screen.

3.2 Layout Switching
Layout and channel switching:
Click the preferred layout option on the main
interface to switch the layout.
Click or to choose one video layout (single picture, only A or B
channel),
and Click to switch between screens A and B.
3.3 Streaming
Click the button on the main interface to stream a recorded broadcasting
(the streaming parameters must be set in Setting Menu before uploading.)
3.4 Pause and Replay
Click the button on the main interface to open Files and click to select the video
you want to Play.
(A video must be selected in order for this feature to work.)

Click the forwards or backwards buttons, , in the bottom-right hand corner to
choose the preferred file from the video list.
Select a file from the list, , to choose the
video file.
Click to delete the video file.
Click to download the video file to USB.
Click to return to the Main Menu.
Click to play the video file.

Controls for Video-playing mode are as follows:
Click or to switch videos during replay.
Click to pause the video.
Click to adjust the volume, currently just support 3.5mm audio output
port for volume adjustment.
Click to stop replay and turn back to Files screen.
3.5 Lock
After clicking the button on the main interface, the screen will lock to the settings
currently in place. To unlock again, the user will need to login by password, (as shown
in below figure).
the default password is admin.

The lock password can be changed in the Settings Menu .

Click the button on the main screen to go to the settings menu.
