Step 1: Unpack and Prepare for Assembly
Step 2: Flip the Grill Body on its back.
Remove Grill Body from packaging. Remove all items from Grill Body. Open second box and
remove parts. Verify that all items are present.
Tip: Flatten the cardboard box out and lay everything on it. This serves as a good working area
and it helps prevent the grill from getting scratched or damaged during installation.

Step 3: Install Leg Assembly
Attach Fix Wheeled Legs to hopper side of Grill Body. Insert ehg`bolts into pre-drilled holes and
secure with included hardware. Long Bolt+Flat Washer
Attach Caster Wheel Legs to the grease spout side of the
+Lock Washer+Nut!K^_^k^g\^Ib\mnk^+"
Grill Body. Attach with bracket holes
facing outward from the grill. To attach legs to Grill Body use Bolt + Flat Washer + Lock Washer +
Nut!K^_^k^g\^Ib\mnk^*". Hand tigatenZee[hemlhgerZmmablmbf^'=hg mho^kmb`am^g'
Attach Leg Support Bracket on Caster Wheel Legs using Long Bolts + Small Lock Washer + Large
Flat Washer. Attach Bottom Shelf using Short Bolts + Small Lock Washer + Large Flat Washer.
Hand tighten all bolts only at this time. DO NOT over tighten. Attach Leg Support Bracket to
Fixed Wheel Legs using!/" Long Bolts + Small Lock Washer + Large Flat Washer. Finally, attach
Bottom Shelf to Leg Support Brackets using Short Bolts + Small Lock Washer + Large Flat Washer.
Fully Tighten all bolts.

Step 4: Stand Up Grill
DO NOT ATTEMPT TO DO THIS STEP ALONE. Lock Caster Wheels and stand grill upright.
Two people will be required to stand the grill up as the grill is very heavy.
Step 5: Install MicroIolishedLmZbge^llLm^^e
Bull Horn Handles
Attach MicroIhebla^]LmZbge^llLm^^e Bull Horn Handles to lid with included hardware.
Pro Tip: Screwdriver recommended. Power Drill not recommended for this step. Hand tighten
both Horns, close lid, level Horns to desired position, open and tighten fully.

Step 6: Insert Heat Deflector, Drip Pan, Cooking
Grates, and Drip Bucket
Lift the lid, align the notches in the Heat Deflector with the small brackets in the front and back of
the barrel, and place the Heat Deflector over the Fire Pot. Install the Drip Pan with the pan sloping
down to the right of the grill making sure to leave equal gaps between the pan and the front and
back of the chamber walls. Install the Cooking Grate by resting them flat on the front and back
ledges. Install the Drip Bucket by clipping the handle to the hook on the spout.
Note: See last image for proper placement of drip pan.
