The MFC Inator/Deator can be used for rapid ination/deation of our inatable product
range from water rescue products to our larger inatable shelters.
The inator/deator comes tted with a robust outer steel casing, two heavy duty commercial
motors and a twin fan motor assembly which ensures 100% duty cycle for continuous
ination/deation.

Safety Instructions
When using the MFC Inator/Deator, these safety instructions should always be followed:
1. For use on nominal 120/240 volt circuits in the UK & Europe (depending on version
purchased).
2. The Inator/Deator is tted with a 16 amp plug (for 110V version) or 13 amp plug (for
240V version).
3. Always wear eye protection when using your Inator/Deator.
4. DO NOT use without the lter in place - it will void your warranty.
5. Switch o at the switch/s before connecting the plug or unplugging.
6. DO NOT leave the unattended when plugged in. Unplug it when not in use and before
servicing.
7. DO NOT pull or carry by the lead, use the lead as a handle or pull the lead around sharp
edges or corners. Keep exible lead away from heated surfaces.
8. DO NOT unplug by pulling the lead. To unplug, grasp the plug, not the lead.
9. DO NOT handle the plug or appliance with wet hands.
10. Avoid electric shock, do not use on wet surfaces, do not expose to rain, store indoors.
11. DO NOT use with damaged lead or plug. If appliance is not working as it should, has
been dropped, damaged, left outdoors, or dropped into water, return it to an electrical
service shop.
12. DO NOT use with any opening blocked: keep free of dust, leaves & anything that may
reduce air ow.
13. Never point at any part of your body or another person’s body.
14. Store the Inator/Deator inside & keep it out of the reach of children – it is not a toy.
15. Use only as described here. Use only the manufacturer’s attachments.
16. Disassembly voids warranty without prior consent.

1. Lubricate the inside of the hose cu with a moist cloth and then twist the cu over
the inlet /outlet collar and then nip up the clamp by hand.
2. Before connecting the plug to the electricity supply ensure that the toggle switch/s
is/are in the o position.
3. DO NOT LEAVE unattended when turned on - unplug when not in use.
4. DO NOT OVER INFLATE as this could cause an explosion!
5. Disassembly voids warranty without prior consent, with the exception of removal of
the air inlet housing to inspect / clean or replace the lter.
6. Inspect and clean or replace the foam lter to prevent motors overheating.
7. To inspect, clean or replace the lter remove the 4 screws securing the inlet housing.
WARNING: Using the Inator/Deator with a blocked lter will overheat the motor
and void the warranty.

Repairs
Repairs
As a general rule, repairs/damaged products will need to be assessed in two
categories:
a) that which is repairable at the base, or b) serious damage that will need to be
repaired by MFC International.
If in doubt as to the extent of the damage and the level of repairs necessary,
please contact the MFC service department on +44 (0)1443 433 075.
WARNING: Repairs may only be carried out by the manufacturer, or people
certied by MFC International Ltd.
