PLEASE READ THIS MANUAL BEFORE INSTALLING AND USING APPLIANCE.

INSTALLER: DO NOT DISCARD THIS MANUAL –LEAVE WITH THE CUSTOMER

1. Before assembly(remove), CAREFULLY use scissors or utility knife to cut and unwrap all parts. MAKE

CAUTION: BEFORE OPERATING PLEASE READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS

CAREFULLY.

SECTION 1 SAFETY TIPS

SURE YOU DO NOT DISCARD THE PACKAGING.

2. Make sure that you have all the parts listed below before assembling(remove).

3. Some steps are more easily handled with two adults.

4. Complete the assembly the Fireplace Mantel before fitting the Electric Fire. INSTALL THE ELECTRIC FIRE

E114R Referring to the separate instructions supplied. IMPORTANT NOTE –ONLY FIT THE FIRE FROM

THE BACK OF THE FIREPLACE SO AS NOT TO SCRATCH THE BASE(change to ‘MANTEL’).

5. Take care when assembling your new fireplace(remove). Only use the fixing supplied (add ‘to assembly the

mantel’).

6. DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN BOLTS.

7. Save these instructions for future reference.

Warning - This fireplace suite must be fitted to the wall. Mirror plates are supplied with the electric fire but any

other suitable concealed fixing may be used.

SECTION 2 DIMENSIONS

SECTION 3 ASSEMBLY AND INSTALLATION

3.1 Unpack

Open the package carefully and remove all pieces. Carefully inspect each part for any damage before you

begin assembly. (add: If there is any damage on the part, please feel free to contact with us at tel: …..)

3.2 Before installation:

a. Tools required: Magnetic Phillips screwdriver 1pc

Hammer 1pc

b. Position of fixing show below:

3.3 Installation:

NOTE!

Use manual screwdriver Only;

Use washer when fixing with screws;

Knock in with a hammer the 8 dowels in the left(C) and right(D) side panels where shown prior to assembly.

Do not use screws of other types or models, in case that the screws are too long, causing damage to

mantels.

Assembly required by two adults.

Step1.Fix side panels (C&D) onto base panel (G).

Step 2. Fix opening top panel (E) and bottom panel

(F).

Step 3. Pass the socket and wire of mood lighting

through the hole on the right side panel (D) before

fixing of front top panel (B); Check that the led strip is

still pushed firmly down into position on the self-

adhesive pads

Step 4. Fix the opening top panel (E) with front top

panel (B);

Fix the opening bottom panel (F) ;

Step 5. Fix top panel (A) and fire support panel (H);

Step 6. Install the fire from back of the mantel, and

use 4 screws to fix firmly. (Screws are supplied

together with the fire).

Connect the plug and socket of mantel mood lighting.

(Detailed in the fire instructions E114R)

SECTION 4 CLEANING & MAINTAINENCE

1 Your fireplace mantel surface coating will give off a slight smell for a short period of time. Try to ventilate as

much as possible during this time.

2 Daily cleaning: Clean the mantel surfaces with a soft, lint-free cloth. Do not use cleaning or polishing

products and try to avoid heavy or sharp articles which may damage the surface.

3 Avoid long-term direct sunlight, and excessive temperatures and humidity to protect the life of your furniture

(change to ‘mantel’)surface.
