Downloading the APP:
Search for “RG Udisk” on iTunes via the APP store on your mobile Apple device.
Connecting to Memory Expander:
After installing the APP and before opening, make sure that the Memory Expander is
turned on by long pressing the Power Button until the Wi-Fi signal indicator light
turns on and starts flashing (can take up to 30 seconds).
Open your “Settings” and go to your Wi-Fi settings, search for “LetingUdisk_xxxx”,
and select to connect.
Enter initial Password: “12345678”
You can change the password in the APP
After confirming connection, exit “Settings” and open “RG Udisk” APP
NOTE: 3G/4G cellular data service is
still available when your mobile device
is connected to the Wi-Fi Memory
Expander.

NOTE: Upon opening and using the APP, you will see several
prompts asking for permission – click “OK”
NOTE: The APP regularly gets updated and is being evaluated to
provide new functionality. Please be sure to keep APP updated.

The APP is organized to have your main commands at the bottom:
Copy Files, View Files, and Backup & Restore.
It also features “one-click” options on the top that you can swipe left
or right to view.
Simply click the orange buttons to launch any particular feature.

Copying Files:
Click on “Copy Files” button which will prompt
a “Copy Files from iPhone” or “Copy Files
from Udisk” option.
Select which ever one you’d like to perform
and then choose File, Photo, Video, or Music.
Once the category is identified, just simply
tap the thumbnail of the files you want to
move or click “select all” in the upper
right-hand corner.
Once you’ve selected the files you want to
transfer, press the orange “COPY TO…”
button at the bottom of the page.

View Files:
You can simply view the files on your phone or your Udisk by
clicking “View Files”.
To ensure that all the files are synced and up-to-date, simply drag
your finger down to refresh the file folders.
Simply select the category along the top or the folder along the
side to access the saved data on your Udisk or your phone.
Can choose which storage area you’d like to explore by selecting
at the top of the screen (“My Udisk” or “iPhone”).

Backup & Restore:
You can backup & restore your photo library completely via this feature.
This will allow you to backup & restore your full photo library – including
videos.
You can cancel as it is transferring by clicking the circle stop button in the
upper corner of the screen.
For your contacts, you can back those up too via this feature screen.
Click Backup Contacts and it will pull up all your contacts. Then push the
“Archive Contacts” button to begin the process.
NOTE: ringtones, notes, and images assigned to contacts
CANNOT be backed-up due to iOS restrictions.

You can backup & restore your photo library completely via this feature.
This will allow you to backup & restore your full photo library – including
videos.

Settings & Preferences:
By clicking the “Setting Icon” in the upper left corner of
the home screen, you can customize your preferences.
This is where you can update the Wi-Fi signal name to
something more personal, update the Wi-Fi password,
add encryption to your files, change the “idle” / timeout
of the device, and more.
