SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
• Read the assembly and use brochure closely and save it for future
reference.
• Ensure that the operating instructions accompany the hair straighte-
ner if you give them to someone else.
• Keep the packaging until you have checked that the hair straightener
works.
• Before using check that the voltage in the socket-outlet is the same as
indicated on the hair straightener’s rating plate.
Do not use the hair straightener in the vicinity of water, e.g. close to a
bath tub filled with water, shower, washbasin or swimming pool.
• Never use the hair straightener in a humid environment, such as in a
bathroom.
• Do not use the hair straightener if you have wet hands. Do not let water
• drip on the hairstraightener. There is a risk of electric shock and/or
personal injury if the hair straightener comes into contact with water
or other liquid.
• Do not use the hair straightener if it is damaged.
• Do not use the hair straightener if it is not working as it should and if the
electric cord or plug is damaged. Take the hair straightener to an autho-
rised repair shop for repair. Do not carry out any repairs yourself.
• Damaged electric cords must be replaced by a qualified electrician.

Hair Straightener
Read the user manual carefully to make sure that the product is assembled, used and
maintained correctly, as described in the instructions in this user manual. Keep the user
manual for future reference.
• Never leave the plug in the socket-outlet when the hair straightener is
not in use.
• Do not pick up the hair straightener if it has fallen into water and the
plug is in the socket-outlet.
• Do not use extension cables. The hair straightener must be connected
directly to the socket-outlet.
• Ensure that the hair straightener does not fall on the floor.
• Do not use the hair straightener outdoors.
• Do not use the hair straightener in areas where spray products or
oxygen gas have been used.
• Do not use the hair straightener in areas filled with explosive or flam-
mable gases or liquids.
• Do not use the hair straightener for any purpose other than for what it
is intended.
• Treat the electric cord with care. Hold the plug, do not pull on the elec-
tric cord. Bend the cord carefully, do not coil it around the hair straigh-
tener. The electric cord must not come into contact with hot objects.
• Let the hair straightener cool down after use before you put it in the
packaging.
• Do not use corrosive or abrasive agents for cleaning.
• Do not touch the ceramic straightener and aluminium parts when the
hair straightener is switched on. Hold the hair straightener where the
LCD is positioned.
• Do not leave the hair straightener unsupervised when it is connected
to the socket-outlet.
• Turn o the hair straightener before you unplug the cord from the
socket-outlet.
• Do not leave the hair straightener on soft surfaces when it is turned
on (e.g. carpets, fabrics, pillows).
• The hair straightener can be used by children from 8 years of age
and upwards as well as by people with reduced physical, sensory and
mental capacity or lack of experience and knowledge if they have given
supervision of instructions relating to use of the hair straightener in
a safe manner and understand potential risks. Children must not play
with the hair straightener. Cleaning and maintenance should not be
carried out by children without supervision.

USE
• Connect the plug to the socket-contact. The LCD display showsOFF.
• Turn on the hair straightener by pressing the power switch.
• The display shows a temperature of 180°C. You can set the temperature from 100°C to
230°C with the + or - buttons. The temperature is set in steps of 10°C.
• The appropriate temperature depends on your hair structure.
• Fine, porous, dyed or bleached hair: 100°C-160°C.
• Normal hair: 160°C-200°C.
• Strong, curly, hardy hair: 200°C-230°C.
• Remember that when you use the highest temperature, you must not treat the same
strand of hair more than once. Otherwise the hair could be damaged.
• If you press the + or - buttons for more than 2 seconds, the temperature setting is
locked. The LCD display shows LOC. This is a practical feature to lock the temperature
if the straightener is used for a long time.
• To lock the temperature setting, press + or - and keep the button pressed in until the
LCD display ceases to show LOC.
• If the straightener is turned on and is not used within an hour, it turns o
automatically. The LCD display shows SLP. Press the power switch if you want to use
the straightener again.
• Never leave the plug in the socket-outlet when the hair straightener is not in use.
• Always use the straightener on dry hair.
• Let the straightener cool down completely before you place it in storage.
• The straightener should be stored out of reach of children.
Tips! STRAIGHT HAIR. Place a 5 cm wide strand of hair between the straighteners and
press the handle together. Slowly pull the hair through from the roots to the tips.

MAINTENANCE
• Wipe the hair straightener with a damp cloth and a mild cleaning agent.
• Do not use corrosive or abrasive agents for cleaning (spirit, thinner, bleaching agents, etc.)
• When using dierent hair care products the straighteners must be cleaned more
often. Clean the straighteners in the same way as the other parts of the straightener.
• Always pull out the plug from the socket-outlet before you clean the straightener.

RIGHT OF COMPLAINT
By law the product must be returned to the place of purchase along with the original
receipt in the event of a complaint. The user is liable for any damage to the product that
is caused by not using the product for its intended purpose or by not following this user
manual correctly. The right of complaint will not apply in these instances.
INFORMATION ABOUT HAZARDOUS WASTE
Used products should be handled separately from
household waste. They should be taken for recycling in
accordance with local rules for waste management.

• Risk för elstöt och/eller personskada uppstår om plattången kommer i
kontakt med vatten
eller annan vätska.
• Använd inte plattången om den är fuktig.
• Använd inte plattången om den inte fungerar som den ska samt om
elkabeln eller stickproppen är skadad. Lämna plattången till en aukto-
riserad serviceverkstad för reparation. Utför inga reparationer själv.
• Skadad elkabel måste bytas ut av en behörig elektriker.
VARNING!
Om föreskriften inte efterföljs kan en olycka leda till
allvarlig person- eller egendomsskada.

Plattång
Läs bruksanvisningen noggrant och se till att produkten installeras, används och under-
hålls på rätt sätt enligt instruktionerna. Spara bruksanvisningen för senare bruk.
• Dra ut stickproppen ur eluttaget när plattången inte används.
• Plocka inte upp plattången om den har fallit i vatten och stickproppen
sitter i eluttaget.
• Använd inte förlängningskabel. Plattången måste anslutas direkt till
eluttaget.
• Se till att plattången inte faller till golvet.
• Använd inte plattången utomhus.
• Använd inte plattången i utrymmen där sprayprodukter eller syrgas
används.
• Använd inte plattången i utrymmen fyllda med explosiva eller lättan-
tändliga gaser eller vätskor.
• Använd inte plattången till andra ändamål än den är avsedd för.
• Handskas försiktigt med elkabeln. Håll i stickproppen, ryck inte i elka-
beln. Böj kabeln försiktigt, linda den inte runt plattången. Elkabeln får
inte komma i kontakt med heta föremål.
• Låt plattången kallna efter användning innan du lägger den i förpack-
ningen.
• Använd inga frätande eller repande medel för rengöring.
• Rör inte vid keramikplattorna och aluminiumdelarna när plattången är
påslagen. Håll plattången där LCD-displayen är placerad.
• Lämna inte plattången utan uppsikt när den är ansluten till eluttaget.
• Stäng av plattången innan du drar ut stickproppen ur eluttaget.
• Lämna inte plattången på mjuka underlag när den är påslagen (t ex
mattor, tyger, kuddar).
• Plattången kan användas av barn från 8 års ålder och uppåt samt av
personer med reducerad fysisk, sensorisk och mental förmåga eller
brist på erfarenhet och kunskap om de har fått given övervakning eller
instruktioner gällande användningen av plattången på ett säkert sätt
och att de förstår eventuella risker. Barn ska inte leka med plattången.
Rengöring och underhåll ska
inte utföras av barn utan översyn.

ANVÄNDNING
• Anslut stickproppen till eluttaget. LCD-displayen visar OFF.
• Slå på plattången genom att trycka på strömbrytaren.
• Displayen visar temperatur 180°C. Du kan ställa in temperaturen från 100°C till 230°C
med knapparna + eller -. Temperaturen ställs in i steg om 10°C.
• Den lämpliga temperaturen beror på din hårstruktur.
• Fint, poröst, färgat eller blekt hår: 100°C - 160°C.
• Normalt hår: 160°C - 200°C.
• Kraftigt, lockigt, tåligt hår: 200°C - 230°C.
• Tänk på att när du använder den högsta temperaturen, ska du inte behandla samma
hårslinga mer än en gång. Annars kan håret skadas.
• Om du trycker på knapparna + eller - längre än 2 sekunder, låses temperatur-
inställningen. LCD-displayen visar LOC. Det här är en praktisk funktion för att låsa
temperaturen om plattången används under längre tid.
• För att låsa upp temperaturinställningen, tryck på + eller – och håll knappen intryckt
tills LCD-displayen slutar visa LOC.
• Om plattången slås på och inte används inom en timme, stängs den automatiskt av.
LCD-displayen visar SLP. Tryck på strömbrytaren om du vill använda plattången igen.
• Dra ut stickproppen ur eluttaget när plattången inte används.
• Använd alltid plattången på torrt hår.
• Låt plattången kallna helt innan du ställer in den till förvaring.
• Plattången förvaras utom räckhåll för barn.
Tips! RAKT HÅR: Placera en 5 cm bred hårslinga mellan plattorna och tryck ihop
handtagen. Dra långsamt genom håret från rötterna till topparna.

UNDERHÅLL
• Torka av plattången med en fuktig trasa och ett milt rengöringsmedel.
• Använd inte frätande eller repande medel för rengöring (sprit, thinner, blekmedel osv.).
• Vid användning av olika hårvårdsprodukter måste plattorna rengöras oftare. Rengör
plattorna på samma sätt som de övriga delarna på plattången.
• Dra alltid ut stickproppen ur eluttaget innan du rengör plattången.

Uttjänt produkt ska hanteras separat från
hushållsavfall och lämnas in för återvinning
enligt lokala regler för avfallshantering
REKLAMATIONSRÄTT
Enligt gällande lag ska produkten vid reklamation lämnas in på inköpsstället och
originalkvitto bifogas. Användaren är ansvarig för eventuella skador på produkten om
produkten använts till ändamål den inte är avsedd för eller om bruksanvisningen inte
följts. Reklamationsrätten gäller i sådant fall inte.

• Kontroller at bruksanvisningen følger med dersom du gir rettetangen
til noen andre.
• Behold emballasjen til du har bekreftet at rettetangen fungerer.
• Kontroller at nettspenningen er den samme som angitt på rettetangens
merkeskilt.
• Oppbevar ikke rettetangen i fuktige rom, f.eks. bad.
• Ikke bruk rettetangen hvis du har våte hender. Ikke la vann dryppe på
rettetangen. Fare for elektrisk støt og/eller personskade oppstår hvis
rettetangen kommer i kontakt med vann eller annen væske.
• Ikke bruk rettetangen hvis den er fuktig.
• Ikke bruk rettetangen hvis den ikke fungerer som den skal eller
dersom støpselet eller strømledningen er skadet. Lever rettetangen
til et autorisert serviceverksted for reparasjon. Ikke utfør eventuelle
reparasjoner selv.
• Skadet strømledning må byttes av en godkjent elektriker.
• Trekk alltid ut støpselet av strømuttaket når rettetangen ikke er i bruk.
Ikke bruk rettetangen nær vann, f.eks i et badekar fylt med vann,
dusj, servant eller svømmebasseng.
ADVARSEL!
Dersom instruksjonene ikke følges kan det føre alvorlig
skade på person eller eiendom.
