SYSTEM INSTALLATION
The System you have purchased s a televson qualty colar mage. and
desgned to gve clear sound.
Howaver, n order for the system to work properly and gve a clear mage,
the cable the choce and connecton type of the buldng and the number of
flats. must be approprate.
Snce a very low current passes through the cables n vdeoless ntercom
systems, old ntercoms can work wth scrap copper or copper-coated
alumnum cables.
In vdeo ntercoms, each flat montor draws a hgh (200-300 ma.) current
when t s actve at low (25 ma.) on standby lke a stray televson. In
addton, vdeo amplfiers and juncton box dstrbutors also draw (50-100
ma.) current each.
Snce 8-color ntercom cable carres both power and sgnal, thn and poor
qualty cables cannot provde sufficent current and the nose on the work
cable, whch must be thck, dstorts the mage.
The cable to be used should be 8x0.22 mm pure copper.
Cable connecton and dstrbuton products are n the form of dstrbuton
from floor to floor or juncton box floor dependng on the structure of the
buldng. Addtonal thck cable (2x1.5 mm) or a second power supply may
be requred for supply n buldngs wth multple floors and sngle juncton
boxes.
In order to avod any problems after assembly, place the power supply,
amplfier and juncton box dstrbutors n a plastc panel.
