Introduction
The RSP1:2 is 1 by 2 HDMI 18gbps UHD Splitter with HDCP 2.2 is an advanced solution for splitting a
single HDMI input to two HDMI outputs. It provides high performance audio and video output through
HDMI cables up to 4K2K@60Hz (YUV444) resolution and is capable of receiving and transmitting up to
18Gbps of bandwidth with no data loss. Supporting the latest features of the most advanced HDMI 2.0b
signals

1. POWER LED: This red LED illuminate when the device is connected to power supply.
2. OUT LED: These blue LEDs will light up to indicate which HDMI outputs are connected
to an active TV/display/monitor.
3. IN LED: This blue LED illuminate when the Source connected to the device.

4. EDID STD: When in 'STD' mode, the unit will use its own built-in EDID settings. In this
mode, the video output will be set to 1080p@60Hz and the audio output at LPCM 2CH
Stereo. Use this mode if there are display problems in TV Mode.
5. EDID TV: When in 'TV' mode, the unit will read the EDID settings of the display device
connected to HDMI OUT 1. If it detects a 4K2K capable EDID setting it will transmit the
signal in that format to all outputs. If no 4K2K capable EDID is detected then the unit
will output the best resolution that all displays can support.
6. HDMI OUT 1~2: Connect each of the HDMI outputs to an HDMI display for simultaneous
HDMI distribution, or cascade the output to another transmitter to extend the operating
distance.
7. HDMI IN: Connect the input port to the HDMI or DVI output of your source device such
as a DVD player or set-top box with an HDMI cable.
8. DC 5V: Plug the 5V DC power supply into the unit and connected the adaptor to an AC

outlet.
VI. Application Example

Warranty
Should you feel your product does not function adequately due to defects in materials or
workmanship, we (referred to as “the warrantor”) will, for the length of the period indicated
below (starting from the original date of purchase) either: a) Repair the product with new or
refurbished parts. or b) Replace it with a new or refurbished product.
All Simplified MFG products are covered by a 3 year PARTS and LABOR warranty. During this
period there will be no charge for unit repair, replacement of unit components or replacement
of product if necessary. The decision to repair or replace will be made by the warrantor. The
purchaser must mail-in the product during the warranty period. This limited warranty only covers the
product purchased as new and is extended to the original purchaser only. It is non-transferable to

subsequent owners, even during the warranty period. A purchase receipt or other proof of
original purchase date is required for the limited warranty service.
1. This Limited Warranty ONLY COVERS failures due to defects in materials or
workmanship and DOES NOT COVER normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage.
The limited warranty also DOES NOT COVER damage that occurs in shipment or
failures caused by products not supplied by the warrantor, failures resulting from
accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling, misapplication, alteration, incorrect
installation, set-up adjustment, implementation of/to consumer controls, improper
maintenance, power line surge, lightening damage, modification, service by
anyone other than a manufacturer-approved service center or factory authorized
personnel, or damage attributable to acts of God.
