using Zorg part# 8002 2 sensor pack.
Includes 0 and 8 degree sensor sleeves to fit most

5. The 8001 is NOT water resistant or waterproof. Mounting the module
in an exterior location will VOID the warranty. Any sign of moisture in or
at the module can and will cause damage.
For installations that require a water resistant module use Zorg Part# 8101
The Zorg 8001 system has a number of advanced features. Outlined below is the
list of features that are available to users.
Mute / Off Button
The 8001 system has a mute feature that allows you to deactivate the
system
when desired. The system will remain muted (off) until the vehicle is
taken
out of reverse gear and will automatically reactivate the next time the
vehicle is placed in reverse. For safety the mute button
must be pushed each
time the vehicle is placed in reverse gear per FMVSS
safety requirements to
mute. When in Front mode the system will remain off until the ignition is
cycled on and off again.
The 8001 system detects objects up to approximately 2.5ft from the front. The system
In bad weather (heavy rain or snow) the system may give a false alert as the
weather can reflect the signal back at the sensor. Make sure the front sensors
are kept clean and free from dirt, ice, snow, and even soap from car washes.
If the sensor is falsing; clean or dry the sensor to remove the obstruction.
Warranty
The Company (Zorg North America) warrants that if this product or any part thereof,
under regular use, be proven defective in material or workmanship within 36 months
from the date of original purchase, such defect(s) will be repaired or replaced with a
new or reconditioned product (at the Company's option) without charge for parts and
repair labor. The Company will not be responsible for more than the original product
cost.
Contact your Vehicle Upfitter, Body or Chassis Builder, or Vehicle converter for
warranty coverage or information.
This product is NOT covered under the OEM vehicle warranty.
Zorg North America will not be responsible for 3rd party (Car Dealer) diagnostic or
labor charges.
What is not covered? This warranty does not cover the following:
•Damage incurred during shipping or transporting the product to the Company or a
service center.
•Elimination of car static or motor noise
•Defects in cosmetic, decorative or non-operative structural parts.
•Costs incurred for installation, removal, or re-installation of the product or
consequential damage to accessories or vehicle electrical systems.
•Damage caused by improper installation, mishandling, misuse, neglect, accident,
blown fuses, battery leakage, theft, or improper storage.
•Products whose factory serial number/bar code label(s) or markings have been
removed or defaced.
•Damage resulting from moisture, humidity, excessive temperature, extreme
environmental conditions, or external natural causes.
•Shipping to Zorg North America for Service or replacement.
Any return must be pre-authorized by Zorg North America, or it will be returned
freight-collect without repair.
Limitations
THE EXTENT OF THE COMPANY'S LIABILITY UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS
LIMITED TO THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT PROVIDED ABOVE AND IN NO
EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY'S LIABILITY EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID
BY PURCHASER FOR THE PRODUCT.
This warranty is in place of all other express warranties or liabilities.
ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF
MERCHANTABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS WRITTEN
WARRANTY. ANY ACTION FOR BREACH OF ANY WARRANTY HEREUNDER
INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, MUST BE
BROUGHT WITHIN 36 MONTHS FROM DATE OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE.
IN NO CASE SHALL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL OR
INCIDENTAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF THIS OR ANY OTHER WARRANTY
EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WHATSOEVER.
No person or representative is authorized to assume for the Company any liability
other than expressed herein in connection with the sale of this product. Some states
do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or
limitation of incidental or consequential damage, so the above limitations or exclusions
may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have
other rights which vary from state to state.
The information in this manual was accurate at the time of printing. Changes in features,
function, appearance, or other attributes may occur at any time. Zorg North America is not
responsible for errors or omissions in this manual and makes every attempt to stay current.
