Note: Prior to plow assembly, park
vehicle on level grade. Measure
clearance under existing 2” rear re-
ceiver, for best results it should be 8
to 14 inches above grade.
a) Each end of the rubber cutting edge has two factory marks (to
match with holes in skid bracket). Drill them out with 5/16” bit.
b) Mount skid bracket there. Tighten bolts until head sinks ush with
rubber surface. Repeat at other end.
TIP: When mounted-skid bracket should align ush
with or slightly above bottom of rubber.

2a) Align groove on rubber with
groove in blade, so skid brackets
face back to blade.

bottom of blade and center it. (See

a) Locate factory marks
on back of blade. Place
slide hinge on blade and
align both lower holes
with marks on blade.
a) Insert 2 square nuts in channel at end of blade and slide them
over to line up with holes at top of slide hinge.
b) Insert bolts through holes in slide hinge and thread onto nuts
inside blade.
c) Make sure both lower holes in slide hinge are still in line with
mark on blade, then tighten 2 top bolts. Repeat at other end.

a) First, with rubber centered on blade, use both lower holes in each
slide hinge as guide to drill 5/16” holes through rst layer of alumi-
num and partially into rubber. Then turn 3/8” thread cutting bolt into
each hole and tighten to secure each hinge.

a) Insert interceptor into receiver-leg up- as shown in diagrams.
Insert pin through mount and hole in interceptor and lock tab.
b) Hold push frame up in line with pair of holes on interceptor, that
when bolted, will hold push frame 6 to 8 inches above grade. NOTE:
If lowest hole pattern is too high, then it is okay to turn interceptor leg
down.
c) Insert bolts, turn lock nuts on and tighten.

1. TO LOWER FOR PUSHING SNOW:
Step behind and remove keyhole pin. Lift one side of blade out of re-
tainer until slide hinge ts over the push bar, then lower blade to ground.
Re-insert keyhole pin. Repeat same procedure for other side of blade.
2. TO PUSH SNOW:
Drive forward slowly – blade will engage for pushing. When push is n-
ished, driving in reverse disengages the blade until you are realigned for
next push. Repeat this procedure until job is nished.
3. TO STORE BLADE FOR TRANSPORTING:
Reverse procedure from Step 1 and re-insert keyhole pins.
4. TO STORE BLADE DURING OFF SEASON:
For maximum blade life, periodically retighten bolts and protect blade
from sun by storing it inside or covered.

SNOWSPORT® 180 Utility Plow plows purchased after April 1, 2010:
Agri-Cover, Inc. warrants its SNOWSPORT® 180 Utility Plow to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal
use for one (1) year from date of manufacture unless accompanied by proof of purchase and separately warrants only the Rub-
ber Blade Portion of the
SNOWSPORT® 180 Utility Plow to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for three (3) years from
date of manufacture unless accompanied by proof of purchase.
ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY APPLICABLE TO THE SNOWSPORT® 180 UTILITY PLOW PLOW IS LIMITED IN DURATION
TO ONE (1) YEAR FROM THE DATE OF MANUFACTURE UNLESS ACCOMPANIED BY PROOF OF PURCHASE AND ANY
IMPLIED WARRANTY APPLICABLE ONLY TO THE RUBBER BLADE PORTION OF THE SNOWSPORT® 180 UTILITY PLOW

needed or if the product needs to be returned for inspection and repair. Goods to be returned must have a pre-authorized RA #
(Returned Authorization Number) – obtained by calling the number above. Mark the number on the package and ship it freight
prepaid to address below. Agri-Cover will pay freight to return goods to sender.
This limited warranty does not cover any failure due to abuse, misuse, alteration, neglect, improper assembly or installation, or
improper maintenance. This limited warranty gives you specic legal rights and you may have other rights which vary from state
to state.

The SNOWSPORT® 180 Utility Plow was designed to make moving snow convenient and easy
by following some simple tips. Always keep current with the snowfall. It’s easier to plow fresh
snow. From the start of the season push the snow far enough out to allow for future snowfalls.
Avoid overloading your equipment - push only enough snow with each pass to get the job done.
To start a pass, accelerate slowly - allowing for tire traction and blade to accumulate snow. As
you come to the end of a pass, reduce speed and apply brakes as needed. If snow is deep and/
or compacted you may need to go over it two or three times.
• If blade is kept in warm storage, set blade outside and allow to cool - this prevents snow from
freezing to blade when plowing.
• When transporting blade, secure it to hanger brackets with pins or locks
• Do not exceed 65 MPH when transporting plow
• Do not exceed 5 MPH when plowing
• Never pile snow on someone else’s property, on street or sidewalks, by re hydrants, mail
boxes, water drains or electrical boxes
• Check with local regulations before pushing snow
• Do not pile snow near handicapped or parking areas
• Plow snow during low-trafc hours - be cautious of pedestrians and vehicles
• Never pile snow where it obstructs visibility of trafc
• Remember – always exercise safety, courtesy, and common sense
• Use lowest transmission gear, on 4WD select low range if equipped
• Be aware of engine temperature - avoid overheating
• Follow vehicle manufacturers specications for plowing snow

Remarque: Avant d’assembler le chasse-
neige, stationnez le véhicule sur une sur-
face plane et de niveau. Mesurez l’espace
sous le réceptacle 5.8cm d’attelage
arrière, pour de meilleurs résultats vous
devez avoir entre 20.32cm et 35.56cm au
dessus du sol.
a) Chaque bout de la lame de coupe en caoutchouc a 2 marques à
l’usine (pour correspondre avec les trous dans les supports de patin).
Percez-les avec la mèche 5/16’’
b) Montez le support de patin à cet endroit. Serrez les boulons
jusqu’à ce que la tête s’enfonce au ras de la surface du caoutchouc.
Répétez la procédure à l’autre bout.
CONSEILS: Lorsque installé le support de patin doit s’aligner
égal ou légèrement au dessus du bas du caoutchouc.

glissez-les pour les aligner avec des trous en haut de la charnière à
glissière.
b) Insérer les boulons dans les trous de charnière à glissière et
vissez-les sur les écrous à l’intérieur de la lame.
c) Assurez-vous que les deux trous inférieurs de charnière à glis-
sière sont toujours en ligne avec les marques sur la lame, puis serrer
les 2 boulons supérieurs. Répéter à l’autre extrémité.

a) Tout d’abord, avec le caoutchouc centré sur la lame, utiliser les
deux trous inférieurs dans chaque charnières comme guide pour
percer des trous 5/16 “à travers la première couche d’aluminium
et partiellement dans le caoutchouc. Puis vissez les vis 3/8” à auto
letage dans chaque trou et serrer pour xer chaque charnière.
b) En second lieu, à marque
d’usine près de chaque ex-
trémité de la lame, percer un
trou 5/16 “ à travers la première
couche d’aluminium et partiel-
lement dans le caoutchouc.

a) Introduire l’intercepteur dans le support du chasse-neige -la patte
vers le haut- comme indiqué dans les schémas. Insérer la goupille à
travers le support et le trou dans l’intercepteur et le loquet.
b) Tenir le cadre de poussée soulevé en ligne avec une paire de
trous sur l’intercepteur, de telle manière que lorsque boulonné,
tiendra cadre de poussée de 6 à 8 pouces au-dessus du sol. RE-
MARQUE: Si la conguration des trous les plus bas est trop haute,
alors il est correct de mettre la patte de l’intercepteur vers le bas.
c) Insérer les boulons, vissez les écrous et serrer.
