1. READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS.
2. Do not use this wrap while sleeping, with an infant, an
immobile person, or anyone insensitive to heat, such as a
person with poor blood circulation or diabetes.
3. Do not use on areas of insensitive skin.
4. Burns can occur regardless of control setting, check skin
under pad frequently.
5. Do not tuck in the wired area of this bedding.
6. Do not route electrical cords between the mattress and
box spring. Do not allow the cords to be pinched.
7. Keep the control away from drafty areas that may become
damp or wet such as an open window.
8. Do not use pins or other metallic means to fasten wrap in
place – they may damage the electric wiring.
9. Be sure that this bedding is used on an alternating-current
supply circuit of the proper voltage. Do not use with an
extension cord.
10. This product may experience increased heat in areas
where wrap is bunched or folded while in use.
11. Do not use on dogs, cats or other pets, they could be
injured or damage the product.
12. Turn off or unplug when not in use.
13. If improper operation of this wrap is observed, discontinue
its use immediately and consult the manufacturer or the
dealer regarding its repair.
14. Never pull this wrap by the supply cord. Do not use the
cord as a handle.
15. Wrapping of cord around the controller may damage the
cord. Loop loosely when storing.
16. Carefully examine wrap before each use. Discard the wrap
if it shows any sign of deterioration.
17. Do not use the wrap with liniment, salve or ointment
preparations that contain heat producing ingredients. Skin
burns can result.
18. Do not use the wrap when symptoms of appendicitis are
present. Consult your physician.
19. Controller is not waterproof.
20. Consult physician for use of pad while on controlled
substances.
21. Do not use pad while consuming alcohol.
22. Do not use wrap with another heating product.
23. Do not use with rocking chairs, recliners, chairs with
casters or wheels, or other furniture subject to movement.
24. Do not tuck the wrap or supply cord in a sofa or other
furniture. All portions of the wrap or controller should be
visible at all times.
25. Do not dry-clean this wrap. Cleaning solvents may have a
deteriorating effect on the insulation of the heating element
26. This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider
than the other) as a safety feature. This plug will fit into
a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit
fully into the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit,
contact a qualified electrician.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
! CAUTION: Follow these instructions carefully. Misuse can cause severe burns.
HEAT THERAPY
1. Plug the power cord into a 120 volt AC electrical outlet.
2. Set controller to desired setting.
3. Place wrap over/on/around desired area (refer to drawings above).
4. Wrap has a 2 Hour Auto Shut-off. When the auto shut-off feature turns off the
wrap, the power button will flash.
5. Or, if less than 2 hours is desired, turn wrap off and unplug cord when finished
with therapy.
Note: If the controller is disconnected from the heat wrap, but the power cord
remains plugged into the electrical outlet, you must unplug the power cord
from the electrical outlet, re-connect the wrap, and plug the power cord back
into the electrical outlet before the heat wrap will function properly. Or, before
disconnecting the heat wrap from the controller, push the OFF button on the
controller, keep the power cord plugged into the electrical outlet, and disconnect
the heat wrap from the controller. To resume use, just re-connect the controller
to the power cord and press the power button to the desired setting.

Disconnect electrical cord from wrap by holding the connector in one hand and
pulling firmly with the other hand. Do not pull by the cord. Wash by hand or as
follows in automatic washer using slow agitation and normal spin speed:
Fill washer with warm water. Add minimum amount of all-purpose detergent,
agitate to dissolve, measure wrap before washing. Add wrap and soak five
minutes. Agitate two minutes. Spin. Fill for cool rinse, agitate one minute then
spin. Dry in automatic dryer on high heat, five minutes only, or line dry. Remove
damp wrap from dryer, shape to original size, and drape to finish drying.
Do not iron your Electric Spa Wrap.

Q: I was enjoying the soothing comfort of my WrapAround™ Electric Spa
Wrap, and now it doesn’t seem to be warm and the controller is flashing.
A: The WrapAround™ Electric Spa Wrap has a built in 2 hour Auto Shut-off
safety feature.
After 2 hours of relief and relaxation, the wrap will automatically shut off.
To restart, just select the desired heat setting and press the power button
on the controller.
Q: How quickly will my WrapAround™ Electric Spa Wrap get
warm and cozy?
A: Your WrapAround™ Electric Spa Wrap is specially designed for the fastest
heat-up allowed by the nationally recognized independent test laboratory
that the electronics industry relies upon for safety testing. You will feel the
WrapAround™ Electric Spa Wrap begin to heat up immediately, and continue
to get warmer until it reaches the maximum temperature limit.
Q: Can I lie on or lean against my WrapAround™ Electric Spa Wrap?
A: Your WrapAround™ Electric Spa Wrap is different from a regular heating pad.
It is designed to wrap you in soothing comfort and help to relieve your aches
and pains. However, you should take care not to allow the product to be
bunched up or the cord to become entangled in a rocking chair, recliner
chair or any other furniture.
Q: Is my WrapAround™ Electric Spa Wrap machine washable?
A: Yes, disconnect the power cord by holding the connector in one hand and pull
firmly with the other hand. Do not pull by the cord. DO NOT DRY CLEAN,
DO NOT USE BLEACH, DO NOT USE A WRINGER. Wash by hand with a mild
detergent or as follows in an automatic washer using slow agitation and

Q: I disconnected the heat wrap from the controller, but left the power cord
plugged into the electrical outlet. When I re-connected the heat wrap to
the controller, the heat wrap would not heat up and the light was blinking,
why?
A: For the product to function properly, once the heat wrap has been disconnected
from the controller, but the power cord remains connected to the electrical
outlet, you must remove the plug from the electrical outlet before you re-
connect the heat wrap to the controller, and then plug the power cord back
into the electrical outlet in order to resume use. Alternately, you can press
the power button OFF before disconnecting the heat wrap from the controller.
Once you re-connect the heat wrap to the controller, to resume use simply
press the power button to enjoy the warm soothing heat therapy from the
WrapAround™ Electric Spa Wrap.
WARRANTY
This heating pad is warranted against defective material or workmanship from the
date of purchase. This is a 2 year limited warranty.
Any defective part will be repaired or replaced at no charge as long as it has
not been repaired or tampered with and was used according to these printed
instructions. Any charges incurred to ship the product back for replacement are
the sole responsibility of the consumer. This warranty gives you specific legal
rights as well as other rights, which vary from state to state.

11. Ne pas utiliser sur chiens, chats et autres animaux de
compagnie – ils pourraient être blessés ou abîmer le châle.

champ d’employer le châle et consulter le fabricant ou le

26. Par mesure de sécurité, cet appareil est doté d’une fiche
polarisée (une branche est plus large que l’autre). Cette
fiche n’enfonce dans les prises de courant polarisées
que dans un sens. Si elle ne pénètre pas totalement dans

MODE D’EMPLOI

THERMOTHÉRAPIE
1. Branchez le cordon d’alimentation sur courant alternatif de 120 volts.
2. Mettez la commande au réglage désiré.
3. Placez le châle sur/autour de la zone voulue (voyez les schémas ci-haut).
4. Le châle s’éteindra automatiquement après 2 heures de fonctionnement
et la touche d’alimentation clignotera.
5. S’il vous faut moins de 2 heures de thérapie, éteignez le châle et
débranchez-le quand le laps de temps approprié s’est écoulé.
Remarque : Si la commande est détachée du châle électrique bien que le
cordon d’alimentation soit connecté, tirez le cordon d’alimentation hors
de la prise, rebranchez le châle puis connectez le cordon d’alimentation
afin que le fonctionnement normal reprenne. Ou bien, avant de séparer la
commande du châle, appuyez sur la touche d’ARRÊT de la commande –
sans déconnecter le cordon d’alimentation – puis détachez la commande
du châle. Pour recommencer à employer le châle, reliez la commande
au cordon d’alimentation puis appuyez sur la touche d’alimentation pour
choisir le réglage voulu.

Débranchez le cordon du châle en tenant le connecteur d’une main et en tirant
fermement de l’autre main. Ne tirez pas sur le cordon. Lavez-le à la main ou en
laveuse automatique à basse vitesse mais essorage normal, comme suit.
Mesurez le châle avant de le laver. Mettez de l’eau tiède dans la cuve, ajoutez un
minimum de détersif neutre et agitez pour dissoudre. Faites tremper le châle cinq
minutes, agitez-le deux minutes puis essorez-le. Remplissez la cuve d’eau froide,
agitez-y le châle pendant une minute et essorez-le. Passez-le cinq minutes – pas
plus – à la sécheuse automatique, à grande chaleur, ou faites-le sécher sur corde
à linge. Retirez-le humide de la sécheuse, étirez-le à ses dimensions originales
puis étendez-le pour finir de le sécher. Ne repassez pas ce châle électrique.

Q : J’ai séparé la commande du châle électrique mais laissé le cordon
d’alimentation branché sur la prise de courant. Après le réenclenchement
de la commande, le châle électrique ne chauffait pas et le voyant
clignotait. Qu’est-il arrivé ?
R: Pour que ce produit fonctionne convenablement après que la commande ait
été séparée du châle électrique sans que le cordon d’alimentation ne soit
déconnecté, vous devez tirer la fiche hors de la prise de courant avant de
relier le châle à la commande puis ensuite connecter le cordon d’alimentation
afin que le fonctionnement reprenne. Alternativement, vous pouvez appuyer
sur la touche d’ARRÊT avant de détacher la commande du châle. Une fois
la commande réenclenchée au châle, appuyez simplement sur la touche
d’alimentation – le fonctionnement reprendra et la thermothérapie propre au
châle électrique WrapAroundMC vous enveloppera douillettement.

Ce châle électrique est garanti contre tous vices de matériaux et de fabrication à
compter de la date de l’achat. La durée de la garantie est de deux (2) ans.
Toute pièce défectueuse sera réparée ou remplacée gratuitement si elle n’a pas
été réparée ou modifiée et si le châle a été utilisé conformément à ces instructions
imprimées. Les frais de manutention et d’expédition de l’article de remplacement
