USB charger cable Instructions
1. Use baeries with voltage not less than 1.5 V. Low grade power supply elements
significantly reduce the device’s operaonal range.
2. Keep the model and its components away from moisture. This can cause damage to
the electronics.
3. Before each flight, check the operaonal range of the device. Be sure that the model’s
baery is fully charged and that the transmier has fresh AA baeries.
When cleaning the model, do not use solvents. This can cause damage to the plasc parts
of the model.

Parts of the helicopter’s power supply
1. Helicopter baery (installed on board) – 3.7V 180mAh
2. Power supply parts of the transmier: 6 АА 1.5V baeries (not included).
4. When cleaning the model, do not use solvents. This can cause damage to the plasc
parts of the model.
5. It is recommended that you fly the model in spacious premises. This model is not
intended for flying outdoors.
6. Do not fly the model in places where people, especially children, are gathered, and
stay at least 15 metres away from devices which could interfere with the flight of the
model. Make sure that there are no foreign objects with which the model could collide.
7. Don’t let the model fly too far away from you. The farther away it is, the more difficult
it is for you to correctly judge its posion and behavior in flight.
8. Always point the opcal sensors of the transmier directly at the model.
9. Powerful sources of light, sources of infrared (IR) radiaon and sunlight can substan-
ally influence the quality of the signal received from the IR transmier. Do not send the
model flying in the direcon of the aforemenoned interference. Before each flight, be
certain there is no interference present.
10. When learning how to fly, it is recommended that you make flights at low altude. In
case of pilot error, you can then easily reduce the gas and lessen the risk of serious
damage to the model.
11. In case of unforeseen emergencies or collision with some obstacle, immediately
switch off the engine. Never turn on the model if something obstructs the rotaon of the
rotors.
12. Minimum dimensions of the premises used for flying: 5x5x3 metres, without any
draughts and direconal air flows.
13. Take off only from a flat and smooth surface, starng out slowly and gradually raising
the rpms of engine.
14. Never hold the model with rotang rotors at the level of your face.
15. Always look at the model; don’t concentrate aenon on the transmier.
16. Don’t stand behind objects which could prevent you from quickly going up to the
model.
17. Watch closely the direcon and height of the flight; always compensate for any
deviaon from the intended direcon of flight by small and steady movement of the
transmier scks. The main error of beginning pilots is jerky movement of the scks in
extreme posions – this always leads to loss of control and to the model’s falling down.
18. Trim the model before each flight.
19. Never grab the model by rotor parts.
20. Always switch off the model’s power, even if the rotors have stopped automacally.
21. Never close and do not tape down the transmier emier.
22. Never tape onto the model addional parts or sckers.
23. Don’t let children start up the model without adult supervision.
24. Never start up the model if it has damaged parts.
25. Do not disassemble and do not make alteraons in the model’s construcon.

Installation of the transmitter batteries
Charging the helicopter
1. Open the lid of the baery compartment, put in place the 6 AA baeries
(not included in kit), being sure that the polarity is correctly aligned.
2. Close the lid of the baery compartment.
Turn the power supply switch of the helicopter to the OFF posion.
Charging method А: remove the charging cable from the transmier compartment and
connect it to the charging socket of the helicopter. The helicopter and transmier must be
switched off. Next turn on the transmier; now the green indicator of the transmier will
be illuminated. The charging me is 30 minutes. When the baery is fully charged, the
green light will turn off. Your helicopter is now ready to fly.
Charging method В: connect the USB-charger cable to the USB-port of a computer. A red
light on the plug will switch on. Connect the cable with the helicopter’s charger socket;
now the light on the plug will switch off. The helicopter should be switched off. The
charging me is 30 minutes. When the baery is fully charged, the light on the socket will
again turn on. Your helicopter is ready to fly.
The model helicopter is equipped with an in-built lithium polymer baery. When using
it, you must observe the following safety rules:
1. Don’t let the baeries fall from heights.
2. Don’t expose the baeries to blows on hard surfaces.
3. Don’t throw the baeries into a fire or into water and store them in a dry place.
4. Use only the original charging device.
5. Don’t disassemble the baery.
6. Don’t leave the baery unsupervised when charging.

Preparation for flight
Flight and manoeuvres
1. Charge the model and insert fresh
baeries in the transmier.
2. Turn on the power of the transmier.
3. Move the helicopter’s power switch to
the ON posion. The indicator on board
the helicopter should flicker brightly.
4. Place the helicopter on an even
surface in front of you.
5. Be sure that the distance between
you and the helicopter is around 2 metres.
6. Wait unl the indicator on the model
stops flickering. Now you can take off smoothly
by moving the gas sck upwards.

Flight practice
Important: if the helicopter is always rotating, please use
the trimmer to adjust the rudder.
If the helicopter rotates during flight, follow the instrucons below to stop the rotaon.
Adjust the trimmer unl the helicopter stops rotang.
Adjust the trimmer unl the helicopter stops rotang.
Hovering is when the helicopter maintains an unchanged posion in the air. This
manoeuvre must be mastered well.
Slowly raise the helicopter to a height of 30-40 cm. If the model is moving in one
direcon or another, carefully move the respecve control sck in the direcon opposite
to the direcon of the model so as to return the helicopter to the starng posion.
Draw a circle on the floor and try to keep the helicopter inside this circle. Once you
have mastered hovering in place, move on to execung figures. Begin by flying a square
route: a ‘box’. Then do a figure-eight as shown in the illustraons. As soon as you master
these manoeuvres, try to repeat them in the reverse direcon.
The helicopter rotates counter clockwise.

Landing
ATTENTION!
Perform hovering, then smoothly reduce the rotaon of the rotors. The model will
begin to descend. Don’t cut the rotaons too sharply, because if the rotors stop the model
will inevitably fall to the ground. This can result in damage to the model.
If the helicopter baery is discharged or the helicopter is used for a long me, the
power can automacally cut off. When this happens, the indicator on board the helicop-
ter twinkles and the helicopter is inacve. This is a normal occurrence with this model.
In case of automac power cut-off due to lengthy use of the helicopter, move the gas
sck to the minimum posion, switch off the helicopter’s power, charge the on-board
baery and then switch on again: your helicopter will again be ready to fly. Aenon! If
the gas sck is not in the minimum posion, then the helicopter will immediately take off.
The flickering red indicator on the helicopter’s control board tells you the transmier
baeries are low. Change the baeries and resume flying.

Possible cause
Power switch is in the OFF posion.
Baeries have been inserted without
aenon paid to the polarity.
Baeries are insufficiently charged.
Infrared light beam from the
transmier is not reaching the
model’s receiver.
Powerful light sources, sources of
infrared radiaon and sunlight impair
the quality of the IR signal
Rotaon speed of the rotors is
not sufficient.
Model is not sufficiently charged.
Soluon
Put the power switch in the
ON posion.
Pay aenon to polarity when
you reinsert the baeries.
Replace or charge the baeries.
Reduce the distance between
the model and the transmier,
be certain that there is no
interference disturbing the signal.
Check to see there is no
interference or choose other
premises for the flights.
Increase the rotor rotaon by
smoothly moving the gas sck.
Fully charge the model’s baery
