Suggestions & Tips for est results
• It can be awkward measuring out batter onto the hot waffle grids. To simplify things, spoon
the required amount of waffle batter into a 2-cup capacity glass measuring cup. Pour batter
down the center of the hot waffle grids, scrapping out batter with a rubber spatula. Bake and
repeat process.
• Use roughly 3/4 cup of batter for each grid.
• eep waffles warm in a 200 degree F oven for up to 30 minutes. Place a large wire rack over
a similar-sized baking sheet pan. Place waffles on rack for even air flow. Place a sheet of foil
over waffles so that they do not dry out.
• Leftover, homemade waffles freeze well. Individually wrap cooled waffles in waxed paper
and place in a self-sealing plastic freezer bag. Toast frozen waffles in a toaster or toaster oven
until crisp.
