COOKING STONE OR GRILL
Place the apparatus in the middle of the table.
Cut the meat into pieces so that everyone can use at will and grilled on the stone or
on the grill (depending of the chosen item).
Note : You can grill at the same time in the small pan, cheese, bread or potatoes,
make fried eggs, brown fruit or cook etc. .. It can serve meat, fish, sauces, salads
etc.
If meat is cut into small pieces, the time to grill will be shorter.
RACLETTE
Raclette is a Swiss specialty.
For best results, use original raclette cheese with good quality.
Counting 200 to 250g. of cheese per person.
Cut the cheese into slices 2 to 3 mm thick.
Cook potatoes in their skins & Keep them warm in a covered bowl, or drop them,
cooked on the stone to keep them warm.
Place the device in the centre of the table.
Put the cheese in small pan scraper and file under the heater for 3-4 minutes.
When the cheese is melted and becomes golden brown, place on a plate or on
potatoes. Spices with a little pepper.
Note : Serve with Raclette : raw and cooked ham, Graubünden beef, delicatessen
in general and small white onions with cornichons.
usually we drink (in moderation) dry white wine from Savoie, Apremont or Abymes
style.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Before cleaning switch off the appliance
Always disconnect the apparatus and to let it cool before cleaning.
Clean the outside of the apparatus with a sponge or slightly wet linen.
The parts in contact with food like plate, bowl, forks, Spatula etc. can be washed in
hot water with sponge and soft detergent or put in the dishwasher.
The cooking stone can be washed in hot water with sponge and soft detergent but
is not dishwasher safe.
Never plunge the apparatus in water or all other liquid !
Do not use abrasive cleaners, gritting, or metal brush or another cutting object.
